Don’t go by the reviews. The people are great and Bombay bazaar is also great. But the food caused us to have stomach upset. The quality of food was very bad.

No pretense here, just a small seating area at the rear of a grocery store,…however, be prepared to be surprised. Very good authentic cooked fresh meals. Very delicious. If you’re looking for a dining experience with atmosphere skip this place, but, if you’re looking for a great/delicious culinary experience then you gotta check these guys out.

There's new management. The food was good. Spread the word and go try a few of their dishes, if not all. Great spot to grab some food and complete grocery at the same time! They have a lot of Bangladeshi grocery items, which I loved and used to be really hard to find around the area. Great collection for Asian grocery items. Great job guys! Keep it up!

I happily came across Bombay Bistro by accident. The place looks rough but what was important enough for me to leave a review is their produce and customer service. The sweet potatoes were just like the ones I used to grow in my garden. Not too big and not fibrous.
I bought a block of paneer for a decent price too but haven't yet made anything with it.

Chicken is decent but over priced and the portions are small

It’s NOT a Veg only or South Indian style restaurant anymore. New management, older reviews (>1yr) may not be valid.

The buffet here is perfect for having a little bit of this and a little bit of that. The employees are extremely nice and I enjoyed the food. They are under new ownership and making changes, so I expect that it will look different than the next time I go in. Very exciting to have them in the neighborhood where I work!

Overall a big disappointment. Chutney was stale, dosa was spread lumpy like a novice. We could notice fungus on leechie fruits in the back.
Service in the contrary was great with the young guy checking on you.

"To the owner, I'm not sure if you've ever tasted pani puri, but it seems the chef at your restaurant definitely hasn't. Despite claiming to serve Indian food, our experience was quite disappointing. Yesterday, we ordered pani puri and chole bhature. The chole bhature was passable, but the pani puri was a different story altogether. Instead of the traditional tangy and refreshing water, they served tamarind chutney, which was excessively sour. Attached are a few pictures for reference. I would advise against dining here as it felt like a waste of money."
