I definitely don't eat enough nutritious foods. I always wait too long and just grab whatever is easiest and quick. As I have aged I have become anemic. Being anemic can lead to depression and already living in a state that is cold and dark a majority of the year, depression can come on quick and be very difficult to deal with. I have always struggled with taking pills, but have also struggled with vitamin and nutrient deficiency due to absorption issues. The patches are really easy to use and are definitely meeting my needs based on my latest labs from the doctor. I have even gotten my husband to try the sleep aid and glucosamine patches and they have been working for him as well. I am so glad that we found out about PatchAid. The money we are saving over using the patches instead of pills is also a huge bonus. Highly recommended. I recently had an issue where I had multiple subscriptions going because I had added the patches for my husband and needed to consolidate them into a single shipment and customer service was able to solve it right away. The agent was friendly and informative and it was a great experience. While you don't have to subscribe to a monthly shipment and can buy the patches as a one-time shipment as you need them, we find the subscription service really convenient. They also message you a few days prior to your scheduled shipment and give you the option to delay or skip the shipment if you aren't ready for the refill, which is a fantastic service.
