We went to this bar around 10pm on a Saturday night, the hours said they were open until 12midnight. After ordering a drink and shot, we spoke to the bartender in casual conversation. We paid with a card and could not add tip. I believe they wanted us to leave but did not indicate that the bar closes when the bad stops. The bartender become rude and said that he “works for a living, and that we should be able to figure out how to tip.” Then he got aggressively more irritated. We tried to finish our drinks and found out form the other bartender that the bar closes at 10. They could have just told us to leave. Will not visit this place again. Very disappointed in Patrick’s behavior cuz he seemed cool at first and we would have returned with a bigger tip next time. Just be weary the staff is moody and erratic. Did not feel welcome after the first 10 minutes. Oddest experience ever. We did apologize for not knowing the hours before leaving.

In my experience the staff have always been very approachable and have always treated each of the bands with politeness and respect. Very up front and transparent with paying the bands too. Sound system sounds good on stage and in the crowd. Very welcoming environment to all demographics.

New ownership is doing a fantastic job revamping the music space. You can tell they really have a passion for the local community! Can’t wait to play there again.
