Tasty. I've been to Pepper Jack's several times and the food has never disappointed. The Smokin Turkey Club on rye is a must-try. I had the buffalo chicken wrap and a basket of Cajun fries last night. A good meeting place for dinner prior to a meeting or movie, as they serve it up hot and quick. It might be worth taking a picture of their menu board and checking off each one as you try them all. That's an easy way to figure out what to choose from their tasty menu. Recommended by me and my friends.

This star is an old review from my husband. I've been reaching back out to Pepperjacks for over a month now. Things have been great from my prespective. Tonight I ordered what I always order. Long story short, I'm eating and found a piece of scrap metal. So I call to let them know a piece of equipment might be destroyed. No manager. No concern for future orders. The girl i spoke with is designed and hired to take Togo or pickup orders. I was disappointed a manager wouldn't have answered my call. Especially since I didn't ask for a refund or anything of that sort.

been coming here way before new owners and i think the transition was seamless. I tend to get the same order at places when its just that good. I get the original philly and usually grab a chicken salad wrap for the following days l lunch since I don't live close. BUT the reason for the review was the corned beef philly(the Irishman) I got last time. it was absolutely amazing. this is a gem in the city of albany
Been here a lot lately since I work around the corner and it is one of the best spots in Albany to get food all around! Thank you staff and pepper jacks

I was actually very pleasantly pleased and surprised by the food I had. Mind you I had a sample of one so my experience is limited but one for one is good in my book.
There are tables but it is counter service I mean they'll deliver once it's cooked but you order and pay at the cash register.
The person at the register was friendly and helpful and I would be happy to go there again.

Ordered a burrito bowl. Was not satisfied with the portion size. For $15 Chipotle offers double the portion size. The beans and rice could have used more flavor or seasoning. Might try something else on the menu next time
