Order a chicken Philly from pepper jacks, it was hour and half late and when I tasted the sandwich, it tasted like they just put a bunch of salt on it. I could only eat half of it. I called up to tell them what was the issue was and the manger Camilla refused to comp me on another meal also she was rude and nasty on the phone I used to eat there all the time but in my opinion the restaurant has went down hill.
Their cheeseburger basket and chicken finger basket is awesome! So much for a decent price! Quick and hot as we picked up food and traveled well ? always love us some pepperjacks!

Been going to PepperJacks for years and never had a bad meal. Prices are reasonable as well.
My buddies and I went there yesterday We all ordered different items..I ordered the classic philly with onions and cheddar..it was absolutely AWFUL..THE ROLL WAS COLD AND STALE AND CUT ALL THE WAY THREW. The meat ,at least I think it was meat was completely over cooked and tasteless..and there were no onions at all...I also ordered a small house side salad witch was just ok...all at the tune of almost 20 bux...we are done with that place...plus the back of the place smelled like pot...maybe if the help wasn't stoned the could cook a little better..Naaa....this place sux. One star just so I can post this

OMG...I have walked by,drove by,and rode by this restaurant for 3 years .but before the ending of 2023 which would have made it year number 4 I decided to order a Phillie cheese steak with onions and crispy onions rings?The customer service was outstanding over the phone and the food was even better Go pepper jacks?

I feel like it's harder than it should be to find a good cheesesteak with Cheez Whiz around here, so I was pleased by this place. my order was to go, and they put the whiz on the side which was nice, because I had a 20 minute drive to get home and it ensured my sandwich wasn't soggy. the macaroni salad is very good also. chill vibes in the restaurant too, and the street parking isn't bad. the only thing I would change is I would have asked for extra onions.

For 17.99 I ordered a cheese steak supreme and it was so under weight and didnt taste that good(microwaved),wont be coming back,live and learn
