The tablet that we had to use to order the food wasn't working, and the server was very rude when she tried to help us.
Also, it was 8:20 when we tried to order the food, and she invited us to order to go, because they where closing at 9pm.
The menu offers only two kinds of rolls and three kinds of soups.
The place was dirty, the chairs and the tables very old.
Definetly I do not recomend this place.
We tried to enter the order three times and the tablet was not working. When we requested help, the server denied and told us if we wanted to take the food to go since they were closing in 30 minutes, in a very rude manner.
The menu was only 3 dishes and 3 rolls, very small selection. The place was dirty and chairs and tables half broken.
We do not recommend to go there.
Order off a tablet, and the prices are reasonable. Order double meat and noodles if you're a big eater. The Phò is not bad.
Everything needs to pay
Bhan Mi Bread is delicious. I love the Pho, Autumn and Summer Rolls too, vegetarian friendly options. I come for lunch often
Self-service iPads at each table streamline service but on-site staff remain attentive and approachable. Food is affordable and delicious, and menu options reflect the products perfectly. Seating is comfortable with adequate table space and calm, dim lighting through the windows even at midday. A calm, comfortable atmosphere with great service and great food.
The best pho place near the UAlbany campus.
Double yum is the bomb
I get their lemongrass tofu bahn mi, delicious (even if the lemongrass smells like cleaning fluid to me haha). As an Italian-American, I also appreciate the use of ciabatta bread for it. I'm also not a fan of the desserts, but maybe that's just me.
A modest little Vietnamese restaurant with an extensive menu and very tasty offerings, Pho Yum is tucked into the corner of an anonymous strip mall on a busy 4 lanes highway. The automated tablet based menu, plastic utensils and paper table ware may be off-putting, but the charming help, the rich Pho soups and interesting selection of spring, summer and autumn rolls are definitely worth the visit.

Let’s call this one bite noodle…. I pay $31 for two bite noodle plus tips
The food portion was disappointing ?. My pho was 20 dollars. Choose the three meat, and the noodles were so less. Everything was an additional charge. Must pre-paid and tips before service. I don't recommend anyone to eat here.

Van’s was closed for vacation. Won’t order from here again. I’ve never seen a restaurant skimp so much. They cut halfway into the baguette for the banh mi to avoid filling it. And 3 pieces of tofu for the bun vermicelli? Get a grip.

I feel like the integrity of the google maps completely covers what you actually see from the genuine store. As seen online the prices are labelled as 10-20$, however when you get there, a plain bowl of pho costs about 11$, and every single meat selection costs upwards of 3$. When the food came out, each selection of meat gave 2-3 small slices. If you ask me, completely unacceptable for charging extra for a few slices of beef. Atmosphere was alright, store looked decently neat with boxes in the corner. The disposable dishes gave the impression of a very low quality dish. Service was good, however was quite slow considering only one person as a waiter. Overall, do not come here, compared to prices elsewhere, this place is not worth the price point.
