Self-service iPads at each table streamline service but on-site staff remain attentive and approachable. Food is affordable and delicious, and menu options reflect the products perfectly. Seating is comfortable with adequate table space and calm, dim lighting through the windows even at midday. A calm, comfortable atmosphere with great service and great food.
I get their lemongrass tofu bahn mi, delicious (even if the lemongrass smells like cleaning fluid to me haha). As an Italian-American, I also appreciate the use of ciabatta bread for it. I'm also not a fan of the desserts, but maybe that's just me.
A modest little Vietnamese restaurant with an extensive menu and very tasty offerings, Pho Yum is tucked into the corner of an anonymous strip mall on a busy 4 lanes highway. The automated tablet based menu, plastic utensils and paper table ware may be off-putting, but the charming help, the rich Pho soups and interesting selection of spring, summer and autumn rolls are definitely worth the visit.
