I've been ordering from here for years. The Chicken Bella pizza is the best pie in Albany. Food is always good and consistent. This evening I spoke with a young girl who was rude, disrespectful, and then completely screwed up my order after stating I wanted a chicken shawarma wrap with fires and salad and a beef wrap, with fries and salad she replied you want the meal then and I said yes. She gave me chicken and beef with cheese over French fries. I walked in and she was on her phone, completely oblivious I was standing in front of her for 30 seconds until I said Hi. She needs to go, other than her this place is great.

I ordered a Margherita pizza and baklava for delivery directly from Pizza Express’ site(chow now is where it takes you). This was hands down the best margherita pizza I’ve ever had locally. The sauce was so flavorful and left me so satisfied. Unfortunately the baklava fell flat. It tastes a bit like cardboard and makes me think it’s one of those mass produced desserts. But I don’t regret ordering from here! 10/10 recommend it if you’re in Albany and looking for quality pizza.

Excellent Waffles! I usually get the garlic knots but they recently added fresh waffles as a offering. I got the Pistachio Waffle bowl with fresh strawberries, kiwi, blueberries topped off with White chocolate. I was hesitant a pizza shop offering this but it was very good! Waffle was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The fresh cut fruit hit the spot. Order it.... U won't be disappointed.

The waffle was absolutely delicious! 🧇 It had the perfect balance of crispiness on the outside and a soft, fluffy center that just melted in my mouth. The texture was light but filling, and it paired beautifully with syrup and toppings without getting soggy.

I have ordered here numerous times and never had any issues until last night. I ordered garlic parm wings and fried calamari, 2 things I regularly order however this time thibgs were different. The calamari came with fries which has never happened before and due to the amount of fries compared to the calamari, it looked like it was an order of fries with some over cooked calamari rings thrown in. The wings were just sitting in a layer of grease. I called to explain how disappointed I was and the woman who answered had no empathy at all or understanding for the inconvenience and dissatisfaction, especially knowing I order from them regularly. No compassion, no offer to make things right, nothing! That lack of customer service just costed them a long time loyal customer.

Asked for a white broccoli with ricotta and ended up with broccoli and ricotta thrown on top of a Hawaiian pizza with sauce and was told not my problem.After throwing a ten dollar tip on top of a forty two dollar pizza and then deciding to grab a pepsi and throw on a five dollar tip on top of that. Never. Had an issue with the place until this time.Never had a problem with any place being that ignorant.

I ordered two cheese slices and a can, it was 7 bucks (inc. tax) good deal, if you ask me. I’ve been here a few times prior to this review, the pizza is consistently good; the cheese, tomato sauce, and dough balance each other out nicely. I recommend 👍🏼

I was in a last minute bind and needed pizza. The place down the road I normally go to was closed. Despite my better judgement I went here. I would not call this edible food by any stretch of the imagination. I ordered a sausage pizza and wings. I have NO idea what the meat was that I got, but it wasn't beef or pork. It was unidentifiable. The wings were disgusting and a weird texture. It was an entire waste of our money and time. To be honest I was highly angry.
