I was waiting with my mom and watched a customer go up to the counter at 11am, opening time, only for an employee to say "not open yet, 10 more minutes ". Ookay. Fine. So, the "open" sign is finally turned on, and my mom and I come up. I ordered first, but then my mom tried to order cajun rice, and the employee said they didn't have it. What? This is Popeyes right? That has always been a menu staple! We said nevermind and walked away. Find a Popeyes that's managed properly. Not this one.

Rude management, fries looked like fried in old oil, charging $0.27 for sauce, whereas on other location you get at least 2 sauces for fees.

The manager working today was rude. I picked up a DoorDash order and he asked me if I could submit the order which I did in front of him he said thank you I said you’re welcome I walked away. Then he started yelling at me to confirm the pick up after he seen me do it already. I showed him my phone and he nods his head. I refused to do DoorDash orders here in the future!

Horrible customer service!! Like every time! No lie. The guy that work there with the stuff on his forehead should absolutely not work there. He himself has thee absolute nastiest attitude and argues with everybody if they mess up your order. I've seen it done then had to go thru it myself. They definitely upcharge you on your sides and drinks LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT! Management should discuss how he behaves and presents the company. It's not a good look. Poor poor customer service here!!!
Horrible staff wouldn't even add hot sauce or ketchup in the bag tried to charge me 75 cents for each ketchup and hot sauce packet. Honestly the staff is quite rude including rude to my small child. Meat was overcooked and dry and I didn't even get sauce to make it easier to choke down the dry overcooked meat. And now it's about 9 hours later and I feel sick so I have to wonder about if the chicken was old ( which would explain why it was overly dry)or if the cooking space was unhygienic. Will definitely not be eating at this location in the future. Not worth 30$ that's for sure.

Rude. Charged for a medium drink when I specifically asked for small. Didn't tell me they only had medium when I ordered. Charged me extra without telling me and then told me it was company rules when I noticed.

I ordered mobile on my lunch break, they gave me regular tenders when I ordered spicy. Didn’t tell me, sat down and took a bite they were plain! They told me they were out after the fact and wouldn’t accommodate to me wanting a different sauce to deal with the almost flavorless tenders… kept saying I had to pay them for it. They were rude and I would say this is the one place in the food court I will never go to again, there’s other restaurants that I don’t like their food but flavorless tenders and watery potatoes, rude staff…just no.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Service is terrible ! Do yourself a favor and go to any other food spots in the food court.I ordered an orange Fanta and when I got my drink I saw it was red so I told the staff. He said I told him fruit punch, how is that even close to what I said ? Thankfully someone behind me was able to confirm I did say orange Fanta. At first he didn’t want to switch the drinks but I had to be insist and eventually he did.Aside from that I got mashed potatoes and the gravy is completely watered down ! Tasted as if I got mashed potatoes and water ??, then again thankfully I checked my order and they gave me less pieces than what I ordered.
