Place is dirty and the pretzels are gross and oily and so is the lemonade. It taste very off walk over to auntie Anne’s if you want a better pretzel. Geez I would rather a frozen pretzel over these pretzels any day. How is this place still in business, Do people have taste buds.

Check your food before you eat... got a small order of pretzel bites and upon taking a bite of the first nugget I found it was raw on the inside. Please be sure to check to make sure the food you are serving is cooked before you make someone sick!

Auntie Anne’s is so much better and cheaper. Do yourself a favor and walk a little bit longer to get to auntie Anne’s instead.

Such good pretzels. Limited choices of plain, salt and hot dog. The dipping cheese is delicious, too!

Tried it for the first time today...Let’s just say...This will be my new frequent stop for pretzels...The pretzels here are always nice and fresh, perfectly coated with salt or cinnamon sugar.Service is friendly and the price is great for how much you get.(long story short... Absolutely Loved It ?)

When I tell Barbie to roll up into a pretzel for a shoot or a stage move or a scene, they call me the Pretzel Maker. And I'm always able to maker come, head over heels into a pretzel position. This is a really nice little pretzel store inside the Crossgates Mall in Albany. The pretzels here are good, although after visiting the Amish markets in Philadelphia and in Maryland, it's hard to take any other pretzel seriously. But for a mall pretzel, these are pretty good, and one of the more enjoyable snacks inside Crossgates.
