We had a small lunch catered for our downtown office. We had assorted sandwiches - which were huge, fresh and delicious. We had a garden salad which was huge, very good, and came with a large container of croutons, and dressing on the side - plus serving utensils. We also had a small plate of assorted cookies which was amazing as well. Ria was really great to work with, the food was awesome - will definitely order again for catering!!

Service was very friendly and welcoming. I had a question about the gluten free wraps used and they brought the package out to show me. Very helpful and kind. Food is absolutely delicious and large portions. A wonderful hole in the wall with a relaxing neighborly atmosphere. And above all amazing gluten free food.

The food was just 9kay this 0lace should be more like 3 starts. The samwitch I had was WAY too salty. They have this olive spread that is super salty. 5 starts for someone who likes things really salty. The service service was good overall, I would say. It's super cute inside of the restaurant.

Called Ria’s on Short Notice for Catered Sandwich platters for 20 people, they were even ready early! Sandwiches were fantastic and well enjoyed by the group. The cookies were still warm as they baked them to order. Thank you so much Ria’s for a great experience for a catered, ready for pickup lunch!! Staff is very friendly and polite! 5/5

Two girls from California experiencing Albany New York . Stopped in to this wonderful bistro. Shrimp and corn chowder is excellent. Grilled chicken Greek salad homemade croutons freshly made. Cute place on state street.

Lots of yelling. I was one of two customers in the store. Not sure what was happening in the kitchen, but it didn't sound good. I attempted to order a hot sandwich, the person working the counter looked terrified as they walked back to see if that was o.k. It was not, no hot sandwiches apparently, more yelling started. I decided I'd go, I didn't need an angry sandwich that bad. Found another friendly sandwich down the street.

Ria's sandwiches are really tasty, great portion and have fresh ingredients. The bread and rolls used for the sandwiches are tasty and perfect! just the proper chew/crunch on the crust and softness on inside. and the cookies are some of the best I've had, really a sweet treat! Getting the menu online doesn't work and/or is a huge hassle, which I have mentioned to them. Some offices have Facebook blocked and other online menus for Ria's are old or no longer available/accurate. Even using Fb on mobile, getting to the menu didn't work. I've now gotten take out several times and always been pleased with food quality, freshness, and taste. The price point is a little high and placing a pre order one time was a hassle. I called an hour in advance for a few sandwiches and they said due to a large catering order, they needed more than an hour for my order. Also twice now, after 4 visits, when attempting to order sandwiches on the menu, they were out of the items to make what we wanted. I understand there are supply chain struggles but it was strange they couldn't do the senate - a turkey sandwich but when we switched order to turkey club, that was fine.
