My girl and I came here for dinner tonight and were thoroughly disappointed. The waitress who seated us drizzled some olive oil into a plate and promptly disappeared - we never got any bread or water to drink until another waitstaff appeared about 20 minutes later. By the time we got our food over an hour later, it was room temperature and dry. My pizza was room temperature with a rubber-like crust. Out empty water glasses went unrefilled, etc. They were not busy either - less than 1/2 filled with patrons. We will NEVER return to a Macaroni Grill after the failure we experienced tonight.

While food could be better, they allow private LOUD music at the tables. Well, I understand that some people need to " release the steam" ( as per Mayor of Baltimore, I would like a full disclosure before that there will be all kind of music at other tables.

Good food for a chain restaurant. Very nice staff and service. If u don't like spicy food be sure to ask them to tone it down, they are very accommodating.

Great business lunch meeting place , we were next to the fireplace which was so nice on a cold winter day . Good wait staff, food was delicious.

i would have gave zero but the server was good. All the food was horrible, the salad dressing was tasteless, the food was bland i got the spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce and it was complete oily and greasy sauce. My girlfriends food was bland too made us both feel sick cause it was so gross plus the dinning room ceiling was falling down cause of leaks everywhere. The ceiling was literally crumbing above our table and ceiling tiles were sagging almost ready to fall. The only person who should come here is a health inspector.

Brown/black basil, and beyond wilted greens in my caprese salad... and my basil tomato soup was parsley tomato soup... server was nice...but made no attempt to remake or remove the salad that was not eaten beyond 2 bites...first time to this location... and it will be our last...

One of our favorite restaurants usually... food is great. However, service has gone down hill. Restaurant seems to be barely hanging on, doesn't have nearly the crowd it used to. Tonight, they ran out of the loaves of bread (one of the best parts of the restaurant!) and no one apparently thought to put more in the oven.

Very Dissapointed! Pd $95 for a full tray It was like a frozen entree from a local Supermarket. Maybe? It Didnt look or taste like freshly, homemade Lasagna.

The lobster bisque was wonderful. Very personable waitress. It’s always cute how they write their name on the paper covering the tablecloth. It was so fun to color with crayons all over the table while we chatted and waited for our food. A nice place to come with a group. Excellent food.

The mahi was very fishy so I didn't eat it. Had a cannoli for dessert and it was rather plain. The Chianti was good though and the server was attentive
