Delivered on low expectations. Chicken, bland but juicy. Tenders, tough & dry. Coleslaw & Mashed potatoes were reasonable. Mac n Cheese & Mac salad both bland & over cooked pasta, Mac salad was revolting & watery. Potato wedges were actually sweet potatoes. Not for me. Onion rings & poppers (cream cheese filled) were good. Fried dough bites might be the best thing on the table.

The lady who answered the phone was very disrespectful and messed up my order. Then got mad when confronted about her mess up. Tell me to shut up. Gonna report the whole business to The Better Business Bureau and OSI. Very disrespectful. And not business oriented.

The pizza here is amazing!!! perfect crust, flavorful sauce, and just the right amount of cheese. the gyro was also so good, packed with so much flavor. You can tell everything is made fresh. Friendly staff and quick service too. Definitely my new favorite spot for both pizza and gyros.

Overall, it was just okay. I wouldn’t order it again—the chicken was undercooked and tough, the pizza crust was hard, and the sauce was overly salty with little flavor. The cheese tasted low-quality. There’s definitely room for improvement across the board.

I ordered from here once before and had to pay an extra fee for living outside their delivery area. I call to order again and they called back and said their delivery driver said that they can't take the order even if I pay the extra fee to have it delivered.

Order a pizza and 40mins passed the expected delivery time they still didn't arrive. So I ordered from another pizza place on van vranken ave and they delivered a pizza before these guys. Not sure if I was just unlucky but I won't ever order from here again, Thankfully I didnt prepay so no loss of money for me.

When it was royal crown chicken the workers was respectful, they change the name to Valentino they have new workers and the head guy is rude to all the US citizens that are being a customer and is the main reason they are still in business my card declined and he Told me I don’t have no money when I asked him to run it again I went to his Atm it was money on it same thing happened to a Spanish lady with her husband he was nice to them and said oh the Machine must be down if she can go to ATM if she likes why was he so rude to me Im a Working citizen he doesn’t have respect I’m not pulling a black card because he is rude to people of not color as well the people of the community in general we are the ones of why his business gained so much nobody to tell him to open up in this area.
