Amazing and fresh sushi in a cozy and well decorated atmosphere. The servers go above and beyond and the highlight of my trip was the hilarious owner. We spent valentines here and the dragon rolls, unagi sashimi and Takoyaki were absolutely incredible! The All You Can Eat option is definitely the way to go and we look forward coming back! The staff were fantastic and very friendly if you had any questions about the menu. Huge shout out to Yuki, both my boyfriend and I adore you and look forward to give you another warm hug❤️

Spent Valentine’s Day here and the food was absolutely delicious!!! The dragon roll and takoyaki were amazing! The unagi sashimi was to die for and lastly the chicken katsu was incredible. We loved our time especially the owners Yuki is amazing as well as the rest of the staff. We found our new treat yourself spot and look forward to give Yuki (the GOAT) another warm hug ❤️❤️

This was my first time coming here and it was very disappointing; I ordered Tonkatsu ramen, the noodles looked like it came from a package, it was all wavy like one, no flavor whatsoever and they couldn’t even get the ramen egg right. The pork barely had any flavor and texture was like a wet slime. The narutomaki tastes like it came from a can and just over all no flavor or anything to give. My husband ordered chicken fried rice and also no flavor, the chicken was just that- no salt, no paper or anything to give it taste. Apart from that it’s fried rice, you can’t really mess that up much but it really lacked flavor. I was very disappointed and will never be going back, not sure where the 4.4 stars came from but it sure wasn’t for those two items on the menu. I’m not one to complain or be a Karen so I did eat most of it because I wanted to desperately find something to enjoy but I was left full and empty at the same time. I recommend going to Kazan Sushi in 1 Crossgates Mall Rd- they have an amazing beef ramen.

I went to Ruby’s and the food was not fresh. The sushi was “moist” like it was freshly thawed. There was also a strong fishy taste, like it had gone bad. I would recommend somewhere else because I ended up with food poisoning.

So yummy! We ent here for a girls night and had an amazing time with some great food. The restaurant is so pretty inside, and Yuki was a phenomenal host! She was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We opted for the all you can eat and Ruby City has some great sushi and noodle options. Thank you again Yuki ❤️

Ordered sushi at Ruby City in Albany — the menu never mentioned it was raw. When I complained, the manager rudely refused to replace it even though I didn’t eat a single bite. Serving raw fish without warning is reckless and dangerous, risking serious food poisoning or parasites. Terrible service, no respect for customers — avoid this place at all

The atmosphere was perfect as well. Peaceful pop music was playing and Yuki stole the show. She was so funny warm and inviting, that I can't wait to come back to see her again. 10/10 , definitely coming back!
