⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe
Ordered sushi at Ruby City in Albany — the menu never mentioned it was raw. When I complained, the manager rudely refused to replace it even though I didn’t eat a single bite. Serving raw fish without warning is reckless and dangerous, risking serious food poisoning or parasites. Terrible service, no respect for customers — avoid this place at all

Came cause The.Tati.Edit on tiktok recommended this place and Wow this place is amazing. Everything tasted fresh and the price for the all you can eat is such a deal! The atmosphere was perfect as well. Peaceful pop music was playing and Yuki stole the show. She was so funny warm and inviting, that I can't wait to come back to see her again. 10/10 , definitely coming back!

Ordered from this store via ubereats but I received the wrong item. Tried to dispute it with uber eats but they refused to refund me. When I contacted the store the lady said she would deliver me the correct item herself and she did exactly that! Her customer service was beyond amazing and I am so appreciative. I ended up keeping both items which was the House Stir fry noodles what I originally ordered and the House Singapore noodles and they were both delicious.

Okay so I didn’t go to the restaurant but I ordered the appetizer sampler and ramen online. It came in a cute package 🥰 and the food was great! I absolutely loved the sampler idea and the sauces were amazing. I haven’t dug into the ramen yet because I’m already full but I’m sure it is yummy. I will definitely have to try this place in person. Thank you!!

We tried Ruby City today for their all-you-can-eat sushi, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Unlike most AYCE places, Ruby City doesn't cut corners. Every sauce is made from scratch, and you can taste the difference in the quality of everything. The fish was fresh, the rolls were perfection, and the presentation was beautiful. Hibachi was included and just as impressive. It rivaled any Japanese steakhouse we’ve been to. The staff was attentive & friendly, too. We've been loyal to Wasabi for a while, but after today, Ruby City has officially taken the top spot.
