Tonkotsu ramen is a ramen dish that originated in Fukuoka Prefecture on the Kyushu island of Japan. The soup broth for Tonkotsu Ramen is based upon pork bones and other ingredients. The soup broth is prepared by boiling pork bones in water for a significant amount of time, up to 18 hours and the broth is typically cloudy in appearance. We spent valentines here and the dragon rolls, unagi sashimi and Takoyaki were absolutely incredible! The All You Can Eat option is definitely the way to go and we look forward coming back! The staff were fantastic and very friendly if you had any questions about the menu. Huge shout out to Yuki, both my boyfriend and I adore you and look forward to give you another warm hug❤️
