Ruth Chris is always consistent. The Albany location are still working on their service approach. The much more seasoned locations have their act together compared to wolf road location. We will be back.

I am not usually one for chain restaurants but this was not your typical chain experience. I had been to this location once about 6 months ago, and frankly it was very disappointing. We had to send our steaks back because they were horrible, but the regional GM apologized and made it right. Still left a bad taste in my mouth. However, this time I can attest that is was fantastic. I ordered the ribeye and it came out cooked to perfection and was so flavorful. Honestly, this was one of the best steaks I have ever had. I will be going back.

Perfect evening with except our food sat on serving tray while the server went back into kitchen.. back to tray ... Back to kitchen area speaking to another server ... Until I made group feel uncomfortable by politely but louder than my usual sweet tone telling her "our food is getting cold and in the middle of everyone's path !!" ... She mouthy as she was , stated "don't worry about it ... It's not getting cold because the plates are 500 degrees hot... " She was continuing and I had to tell her "enough " and she started to serve .. and still she wanted to continue .. and I decided to start talking to the person to my left in order to not pay attention to her ... Server nearly ruined the night... Outside of that the flavoring and freshness of what we all ordered was wonderful ... Recommend and fingers crossed you get a better trained server

We went to dinner there for our anniversary. The food was absolutely amazing and the servers were all friendly and attentive. The portions were generous and we each had enough for a meal the next day. The menus had Happy Anniversary on them. They put confetti on the table and gave us a hand signed card. It is the little things like that that cost them almost nothing and made our night that much more special. The

I had the pleasure of dining here recently and the experience was just outstanding. Seating was effortless and the menu options were impressive. We went with the dinner for two package and a bottle of red wine. The plates came out at 500 degrees, and they warned us, but I couldn't help but to check for myself. Indeed, a very hot meal. The steaks, appetizers and dessert were all delicious. Ruth's Chris Steak House ranks as my favorite so far for 2024.

Amazing food! Our waitress (Anna) was top notch, she made sure everything was to our liking. The atmosphere is a perfect mixture of cozy/modern/fine dining. We loved the food and our desert and they even added personal touches to our birthday celebration! We will definitely be coming back!
