Our host seemed put out to have to seat us and had a condescending tone when he told us the menus were on our phones. When our server arrived, she was really nice and pleasant to us all, even though some in my party were awkward and off-putting juxtaposed to her charming nature. I had a burger that had so much gushy sloppy sauce on it that it was almost inedible. Certainly not fit for picking up. The taste was way over powering and pretty much a total loss. Others at my table enjoyed their food. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands after we were seated and to say it was a broom closet would make it sound too big. It was also pretty nasty and sticky, making the posh atmosphere attempt in the dining room seem like lipstick on a pig. For the price and my food quality, I won't be back, but for a vibey place to meet people for drinks before a show at Lark Hall down the street, perhaps it could work for some.

This was our first visit to this restaurant and definitely will be back again. The service was so welcoming and friendly. We really felt like they were happy to have us. The food was great. We recommend the buffalo

?This is my second time being here with my buddies and I tell you this is one place you got to check out, I love the way it looks inside and the food is amazing, thank you everyone in Savoy!?Parking: It's kind of hard to find parking but it's doable!
It was recommended we visit by a friend who had never been but “heard good things”. We were late for our reservation because we forgot our event tickets; I called and they said no problem (granted the res was 5:00). They got us right in, everyone was extremely pleasant while not being overbearing. The drinks were delicious and strong. GET THE STREET CORN FRIES I could eat them every day. The veggie burger was fine, it was a regular burger substitute not a true veggie burger but that's ok. The toppings were delicious. I subbed the brioche bun since I'm not GF. We went for a celebratory dinner and it did not disappoint. I'll def be back, but maybe order differently.

Our favorite restaurant in Albany. Excellent food & great awareness of food allergy concerns. The staff are a truly wonderful group: Sasha, Avi, Arielle, Sarah, Ian, Sam, Keith (sorry if we forgot anyone) that truly make going out to dinner at the Savoy a fabulous experience - you're the best & we look forward to seeing you again. I would give the service 10/5 stars if I could. My gf spilled her drink shortly after it was brought out and they quickly helped to clean up and brought out a fresh drink for no charge. Vibes inside are amazing and the food is even better. Some of the best Mac n Cheese I have ever had.
Amazing place and super dedicated to gluten-free protocols. Food is always delicious and comes out super fast. My favorites include the brussels sprouts and potatoes bravas. Great selection of creative drinks as well. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, they have dedicated protocols for gluten-free including a dedicated fryer and most everything on the menu is gluten-free or GFA. Would recommend to anyone. Music is great and the setting is dark and ambient.

My only reason for 4 star instead of 5 is that it just hits "good" across the boards nothing "great" about Savoy and I've been there a number of times. The food usually keeps me coming back but last visit the salmon with miso rice tasted like diner food at best, no flavor at all.... We will definitely give them another shot.
