I simply wanted a Stromboli. I went up to the counter and tried to order one. The guy behind the counter went to grab the one I wanted to put in the oven. The guy behind him (he was young, slim, tall, bleach-blonde and acne-ridden) said to me “You want a slice?” I thought he was asking if I ONLY wanted a slice of pizza. I said “No, just a Stromboli, please.” Again, “You want a slice with it?” Again, I said “No, just a Stromboli.” The original guy said “There’s a combo if you get a slice.” I said “No, thank you.” The blonde guy was already acting if helping me was a huge inconvenience to him. The person I was with decided “I’ll take a slice of mushroom.” I said, “Oh, I guess it will be the combo then…” The original guy that was helping us turned towards the rude blonde guy and said “It will be a combo.” Blonde guy says back “No. It won’t. He said no, so no combo.” At that point I just decided to walk away. Don’t push food on me I don’t want. Don’t give an attitude to customers just so you can post about it on TikTok later. Card reader didn't work guy was back trying to take more people orders and I shake my head, a new guy comes from the back and what you shaking your head for. I tell him whats going on and he acts like wants to fight..You don't need to shake your head. Ok dude I'm good were not buying anything from here!

so today i had went and ordered 4 slices of peperoni pizza. I had ordered 3 slices originally until i was told by the staff if i order 4 slices i can get two drinks free. so i agreed not finding an issue with that... until i reached the register when i was charged for both drinks that were supposed to be free... when it came to the drinks my friend got a Pepsi and i asked for a starry. well they gave us two Pepsi's. the guy i ordered from spoke hardly any English with an accent so thick i couldn't understand him...

this place is nasty don't ever get food here it's straight up a scam. they had a sign that said 1 dollar drink with any purchase Monday - Thursday. I came on a Thursday ordered a cheese slice. they charged me $6.45 for a cheese slice and I asked for the one dollar drink which the worker claimed it was for online only and I went and double checked and it did not say that anywhere on the promotion. extremely trash and a shameful false imitation of true nyc pizza.

I recently tried the pizza from sbarro and I have mixed feelings about it. The pizza itself was decent, with a good balance of flavors and toppings. The crust was particularly noteworthy – it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way I like it. However, I found the price of $6 to be a bit steep for what was offered. While the pizza was enjoyable, I don’t think it justified the cost. There are other places where you can get similar quality pizza for a more reasonable price.

Scam #1 They advertise a 2 slice combo for 12.49 but then charge you individually for everything and when they are caught they forget how to use the register. Scam #2 with their above combo it is only for a Regular sized drink however they have only had large cups for the past year so they charge extra and when called on it they give you the old deer in the headlights.
Classic shifty bs you primarily find in NY. Trashy.

Dorky guy with glasses today was a real trip. Rushed me and there wasn't a line. Made me pay separate to gain more money instead of charging me for a combo. Purposefully. Then of course they're out of small cups this is the tenth time this has so called happens that they conviniently only have large aka they just want you to buy bigger size. Well i sent my son to ask for a cup because obviously i couldn't buy two smalls they didn't have them. I wasn't giving him a huge cup. He yelled at him and told him no. I went back up upset basket for a couple since he didn't have small ones. He proceeded to say not my problem. I said it is because you don't have any small ones. He gives me a cup i get to my seat and its USED!!! Still had soda in it. That's disgusting and UNSANITARY!!! And there's no way to reach corporate of course. Im absolutely disgusted at his behavior and morals. A used cup to someone? Talk about being vindicitive and CHEAP!!!!! WILL NEVER RETURN!!! He should get fired.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SBARRO!!!!!!!!!!! We went to the mall today and decided to get pizza. Please be wary of an older Indian woman at this location, she is robbing and very wicked. We ordered 5 pieces of pizza after she was rushing us. She said do you want one more slice and you'll get 3 drinks (it was 3 of us and my toddler). I said ok give us another slice, my husband went to pay and I stepped away with my toddler cause she was tired and fussy. When he came over he said the bill came up to $50, I said wow lemme see that's alot. I said oh no, you were charged for the drink. I went up to the woman and said excuse me didn't you say every 2 slices gives us a drink. She didn't look at me and was being so busy and going on to other customers ignoring me. I repeated my question and she said yeah you have to pay for drink, I said but that's not what you told us. A staff of hers that knew us from the beginning of the order said yes the drink is supposed to be free but we don't have the medium sized cups so you had to pay for the drinks. I said well she shouldn't have said that cause I'm sure she was aware of that and still sold us with a lie. I was so pissed. The pizza was undercooked with raw dough and I'm disgusted that even on a meal someone would rob you. I just wanna say to this business that you may have gained today but you'll lose more in time to come. I'll never go here ever again.

Went to order some pasta and ended up receiving attitude by the man named sahadat saying no to me, then was looking at the menu trying to decide what to get and was being rushed by him when there was no one on the line. After deciding I chose the 2 slice combo that comes with a drink and ended up being charged more than what the menu stated plus tax which was around $13. When I asked politely why there was an up charge I was told “it’s tax” but then looked at the screen and saw that I was charged for the drink that is supposed to be apart of the combo. After explaining what I saw I was again told that it was “just tax”.
