Review as a delivery driver. Employees are rude and slow. They also make orders as ready to pick up well before they are ready. It's in colonies center and it's hard to get in and out and being forced to wait 15+ minute extra on an order is very unfriendly to drivers. When place is dead they just stand around instead of helping or preparing orders and care more about filling their pizza for slices than delivery orders. If I get another delivery from here, I'll probably skip it going forward. It's not worth the waste of time and money

I have ben to few Sbarro's, as far away as Nassau, Bahamas. the producte are consistent. I do like the pizza, new york style and Sicilian . Usually when. in colonie center I get ziti to go . After I pay I usually look at the wide pizza selection and enjoy it vicariously . The other things look good. As a good italian, who has done many reviews. As many as I come across. Sbarro's new ork style is quite good and if I was hungry for pizza, I would not pass it up .

Honestly I was truly disappointed.i saw reviews and everyone seems to love it so i gave it a chance . I ordered two pizzas both cold took over two hours , no utensils napkins and the pizza barely has sauce it doesn’t even taste good . I ordered a salad and the lettuce is brown and obviously old . I spent over $40 and I’m truly disappointed. On top of that they don’t answer the phone for customers . Bad business wouldn’t recommend

I gave the cashier a ten dollar bill before being told that a plain slice and a small Coke costs 9.80. Then i said I didn’t want it, but he said “all sales are final”. So they treat you like an idiot (bc they’re working in a pizza place). And then expect you to keep your mouth shut which I did bc who has time to argue with the pizza man? Sucks to be them I guess
