“The local supermarkets couldn't seem to get in "bone in" prime rib. I went to Route 66 Meats and ordered an 8 pound, 4-rib, small end standing rib roast (aka prime rib). It was absolutely, hands down, the best prime rib I have ever had the pleasure to cook to perfection for my out-of-town family members! Everyone raved. I consider myself a gourmet chef and Route 66 Meats & Smokehouse will have plenty of my business in the future. “Found their food truck outside golden harvest farm / market in Valatie and what a pleasant surprise ! Great food and passionate owner, what more could you ask for a BBQ place! We tried all the meats and they're amazing. The only piece they didn't have is sliced brisket. Update: They will not be reopening their store and the only location to find this food truck business is on the weekends next to the golden harvest farm in Valatie. They finally did have the sliced brisket and WOW they're amazing !“
