It's decent but not comparable to Tropical Smoothie. They taste good but you have to order something directly off their menu or the staff gets really confused. Just wanted strawberry, chocolate and banana and ended up paying $13.

My encounter with the cashier was pleasant however the store manager Tristen (I believe his name was) wasn’t as pleasant. He wasn’t pleasant to deal with and he’s definitely a stickler! I ordered a Coco Haze Acai Bowl, I asked Tristen to put my Hazelnut over the granola as he was making my bowl and he began to lecture me about the how Smoothie King is a franchise, going on about its policy and how it’s against the store policy to do so ? I was truly shocked! It was never that serious smh. Then to top it off the station where he made my bowl was a mess, he didn’t change gloves before creating my bowl & the fruits weren’t even fresh. My Kindness In A Cup Smoothie was also veryyyy sweet, sweeter than usual! I won’t be returning to this location!
Staff was very unprofessional and multiple people were waiting 25+ minutes for preorder smoothie. People walking in and ordering were getting orders in 5 minutes. Not good communication at all from workers also. Terrible experience
