Extremely rude employee skinny kid with tattoos and long black hair, after 15 min waiting for him to do online orders, he refused to make a bowl, not only that EXTREMELY rude from the second we started ordering. Just because your having a bad day you don't take it out on customers. Thanks for ruining my night and my girlfriend's first meal in a week since she's been out of the hospital. I'm glad it was all funny to you and you had so much to say after we left Not to mention slamming stuff around and ignoring anyone who walked in looking for there pickup orders. Do better one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered

I work down the street and always place my order on the app just before leaving and my smoothie is always ready when I get there, always tastes great and the staff is very nice.Parking: Plenty of parking in the rear.

smells amazing inside like fruits and veg. very cool to see all the ingredients in front of you. super large selection of smoothies, with delicious ingredients. this is the place to go if you need a smoothie of any variety! their smoothie textures tend to run thick but that isn't a bad thing inherently, just ask if they can add a little more liquid if you have texture preferences

I decided to visit this location after work today. I was very excited to know that a Smoothie King had opened in Albany not too far from my job. I am familiar with this company because when living downstate I use to frequently their location at Penn Station. The employees was very nice and welcoming. This is not the same company that I knew in the past. According to Wikipedia it was taken over in 2012 by a South Korean franchise. My co-worker and ordered 2 smoothies. My smoothie was the ANGEL FOOD (very sweet in taste and somewhat slushy due to the fruit being majority frozen including the bananas) my friend ordered some green smoothie but didn’t enjoy it after making it out to the car because she stated it wasn’t blended all the way but the establishment did offer to remake her smoothie but she stated, “IT’S OK,” because she didn’t want to get anyone in trouble. Anyways glad to have another new business in the area.
