Been there a few times, lackluster service and they keep forgetting parts of my meal! This time I ordered two bulgogi rice bowls for me and my girlfriend and they forgot both the lettuce in both, as well as the sauce in mine. Just sad to be exited for my food wait 40 min pay 40 + dollars for two people to get back home and it to be not what I payed for.

Found an INSECT in the food and I feel guilty that I made my colleague try the food before I found the insect. I don’t usually like to do negative reviews but I just couldn’t help but post this.

Food was solid for price. More fast/take out. Solid hours. Be aware though, no restroom available to customers… I was sent by the employee “next door” to use the restroom, however, the “next door” restaurant did NOT allow me to use their restroom. Once I told the Son of Egg employee this, they simply said “oh no!” And that was it. Be cautious and aware of that, not sure why my wife and I were sent to use the rest room next door if there is no relationship between the restaurants.

The food was decent casual korean food. The place was pretty clean, but the one thing that tanked the rating for me was the fact I had seen a roach or two by my table. I would’ve given the overall review one star, but the girl working at the front desk the night I came in was very helpful and polite.

Great find. After a 22 hour day and not many options, the bowl and dumplings were really good and will be going back. Per some of my previous reviews, I'm funky protein bits. The beef in the Bulgogi was incredible. Every piece. Not chewy and the flavor was in a word...yummy. Dumplings were also crispy with great flavor. The chili sauce was a nice partner. Nonsense aside - this was great and instilled confidence that whatever else they offer will be good too. Shoutout to excellent customer service for pickup (Emily I think)!

The menu is perfect everything on it is done well they have amazing flavor with simplicity. Both location are amazing I highly recommend.

So dissatisfied with the food, service, approach. I ordered a mix well bibimpap with tofu. They added fried chicken which i did not ask. My friend gave back her order since the rice was uncooked. They said they were making new rice, told me about after ages. Offered a new order or refund. I requested a refund and i was informed the owner/boss needs to approve. I stayed there for an hour, no food, no refund. My friends that came with me had bad food. Not going back here again. I don't write bad reviews unless it is a truly bad experience.

Ordered online a few times, and two times now they never got the order even though I got charged. The first time they apologized and rushed the food, and I thought it was just a fluke. Second time they made half my order quick while I waited another 25 minutes for the other half so some of my food was cold by the time I left. They apologized but didn’t offer a discount or anything. Probably won’t be back.

The name is a little misleading but it's a nice Korean sandwich/rice bowl spot. The chicken sandwich was panko breaded and good but not anything spectacular.

Foods great have ordered before with only minor issues .Unfortunately the other night when ordering on doordash I got two bulogi bowls and paid extra on both for two eggs which came burnt and tasted disgusting , there was also a time where I paid for extra kimchi and didn’t get barley any to begin with :( which was also at night, not a big deal but just something to think of when you order late at night . It’s as if they stop caring at a certain time ,which sucks because the food isn’t cheap, this place just needs to work on consistency.some people will give you good fresh portion and some will skimp and give you burnt or food that def has been sitting .
