I ordered a large order of poppers and 5 corn-dogs to go with some home-made chili. Received the poppers BUT only 4 of the 5 dogs.

Guess I needed to check EVERY part of EVERY order from this shop. No wonder the line goes so slow.

worst sonic ever. i’ve gone a handful of times and every time sucks! first time i went employees were outside smoking a blunt while there was a line of cars piling up. today we were told that the online order that we already paid and was marked as completed didn’t exist and they couldn’t do anything for us even with our order confirmation. it’s actually insane, corporate needs to get this stores act together asap.

Sonic Corporate really needs to pop in here & attempt to get served. Employees are always nice & apologetic but seem completely unsupervised. Online ordering is actually slower than drive thru. We try again every couple months & it's always at least a twenty minute wait....for fast food. Crazy.

This is by far the worst service in the Albany area. It’s slow no one says anything and the wait time for food is 30 min. Who waits that long for burgers and finger food

Grabbed a meal for my son and a soda for myself. I was the only car in the drive-thru, definitely felt like it took longer than needed. I was not there during a lunch or dinner rush, maybe lack of staff not sure. Won't be back.

This place is terrible long wait when only two cars in the drive through. The staff didnt seem to understand the concept of the app being used. And when receiving the food you can tell was old and hard. Overall I would avoid this place.

Sat at the drive thru speaker for about 7mins before someone asked for our order. There was 1 car waiting at the window when we pulled around. No one was behind us. We only ordered 2 small drinks. Sat at the window for 15 minutes no greeting. Then got asked what we ordered when someone did come to the window. Worker did apologize for the wait. Whoever owns or manages this franchise location is clearly negligent. Staff looked lost. One worker threw out about 5 drink cups trying to remake something. Clearly untrained and unmanaged. Very sad, this used to be a great place and has become so run down over the years.

Dropped 100$ for an order through doordash only for them to completely grab the wrong order and try to hand me someone else's small single combo. Got the driver to drive all the way back and gave the store a call checking on the status. I was updated promptly and quickly and was even told they would make my order fresh as it had been sitting a while. My man Cameron stamt is a worker and a half. My worry for my food was gone and he took charge fixing a mistake he didnt even cause. Absolute hero.

Almost an hour to get food in drive through then still missing several items. Oh, and we were 1 of 2 cars in line. Think employees make you wait in hopes people leave, which is exactly what the 3 cars that came in behind us did. Can't imagine how its remained open. Food was gross! Spent around $80 and threw out everything except fries and sodas. Sonic, you suck!
