liz was so nice, i came here late at night after popeyes told me they had NO chicken, came to sonic which is next to popeyes and liz had such a welcoming sweet voice! bless her heart. She was incredibly patient with us snd provided exceptional service. This will be our go-to sonic!

Joel is a great addition to this location, hes a little sunshine and definitely does his best to keep everything at bay when it’s crazy and busy. i went on a day where i had to spend over 30 mins waiting for a small order and his kindness and calmness is what every fast food place needs.

You could be the only person here and they would still take 20 minutes to get your order together, they would still mess it up and charge you incorrectly. Every time I have come here this summer, my order was wrong and I was charged for things I didn’t order. They are extremely slow, and make no effort to pick the up pace when they mess up your order. I’ll order a medium drink, get charged for a large, and given a small, no joke. It’s a circus at this location and shows no signs of improving. All summer it’s been nothin but nonsense, we started driving all the way out to Latham for sonic now. It’s convenient location literally doesn’t matter anymore, go elsewhere.

My wife & I are simple people and not hard to please. We stopped in this morning for a couple breakfast burritos while running some errands because we hadn't eaten before leaving the house. We paid and chatted while waiting for our food to be prepared. We grew very uncomfortable after hearing someone coughing loudly 6 or 7 times while our food was being prepared. We're not hypochondriacs, but in today's society if you're sick to that degree you should not be working with food. The food was only $22 and already paid for so rather than make a scene we stayed quiet and threw the food away in the outside trash can on the way to our car. We will not be returning.
