so i pulled up around 11:15pm to pick up 2 doordash orders . the line was wrapped around the building and to the buildings next door blocking the other stores drive thru . i sat and waited and watched EVERYONE drive off till around 12:30 am (after they close) . the employees did not take a SINGLE order and IGNORED EVERYONE from when i got there before they closed till they closed . when i finally got up to the window (only was there to have them cancel the orders) the girl proceeded to ignore me and i tried yelling through the window “i just need you to cancel 2 doordash orders for me on your side so i don’t get my account suspended or deactivated for them thinking i stole the food or all my ratings go down .” she then proceeded to scream at me cursing me out to cancel them myself and she doesn’t care if my account gets deactivated or suspended . she then flipped me off while walking closer to me and screaming . i ended up SPEEDING off because she was coming at me just to have the cops behind me . she was a taller girl with dreaded braids in her hair in a blue hoodie . i’m not gonna lie i screamed back once she started till she came at me but it’s still unacceptable .

I've never ate at sonic until today and I won't return. I made an order online on the website. It instructs you to pull up to the stall, hit the red button and give them your name. Could barely hear anyone, first of all which I told them. And even after finally getting across to them I had a pick up order, they sat in silence for about 3 minutes before giving me attitude and asking if I needed more time. Then they said to me, you know there is a designated pick up area in the restaurant? No, I don't KNOW that because I've never been here and I'm following the instructions on the confirmation email that does not tell me to go inside to pick up my food. Also, the food was nasty.

Ordered a burger with no cheese or Mayo for an allergy and it came with both. Took forever to get someone’s attention to remake it. Chicken sandwich was mediocre at best.
Very dissapointed. Store already closed at 8:40Pm. It should be 10Pm. I ended up buying Popey's.

Customer service was awful never received one of my drink and when I paid I ate and still had to wait 20 minutes to get my change back chicken tenders where so hard to rip apart and they didn’t have the items the menu and for a first timer this is a very bad experience!! Also the lady at the counter looked like flats the flounder??

We walked in with smiles on our faces ready for food but I guess your associate wasn't entertained with us because she was giving us dirty looks but I tried not to notice or pay much attention to that, but not even a minute or two into looking at the menu because it's our first time eating at this establishment she walks away, stopped at the door told us to just click the button when ready and proceed to mumble under her breath as tho our need of service was a too much. We left after that and seeing past reviews of the place. Now we're at five guys and it's impeccable. I hope to one day stop by a sonic and experience the advertised experience.
