You cannot find places like this around anymore. Oh my goodness what a hidden gem. Family owned and operated for generations. You feel the love and hospitality as you walk up towards the entrance. The food is delicious, you can’t go wrong with any selection. Everything is fresh; You can taste the passion in each bite. The cookies are phenomenal. The pizza, man oh man, homestyle with a very generous amount of toppings. Honestly the food is so good it will make you want to marry into the family ;). Went here with friends for my birthday and we got treated to the largest pizza I’ve seen in years and the smiles and well wishes of the owners. Absolutely loved this place and hoping for the best for the store and its patrons

There are a few problems with the pizza made by this establishment. The pizza is very yeasty and bubbly, which causes a texture that is too doughy. They tend to leave the pizza in the oven too long, which dried out the sauce and adds more bubbles. The sauce, itself, isn't very saucy, it is a mix of chunks and liquid, but the liquid dries out when they overheat the pizza.

Great pizza cooked and served by a great family! This is an Albany landmark. A must visit by out of towners looking for a good slice at a great price. Not traditional NY style- thicker, and chewier, much closer to Sicilian.
Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian slices available.
Really nice pizza, perfect balance beyween cheese, dough, and sauce. Vibe in the store was nice and calm. The wait time was pretty long, 15ish minutes, but the taste made up for it.
