Food and service quality have gone down as they have gotten bigger. Still one of the best options around.

Service: One of the women who works there is consistently barking at you to order more quickly and gets frustrated if you don't order fast enough (place was not busy at all at this point).

Food: You can see them compromising the quality of the ingredients for marginal savings.

This place straight up stole from me, I got an nitro cold brew and 3 of the ham and cheese turnovers. Total came out to $23 and change. I gave the unpleasant woman $25 cash, she just dropped it in the register and went about her work. I would have tipped but this level of entitlement is absurd. The cashier just decided she deserved my change more than I did. Also the ham and cheese pastrys were pathetic it only had a few tictac sized bits of ham on it. I'm never going back and telling everyone I know to avoid this pretentious dump. The art gallery next door is cool though.

A rustic atmosphere. Sitting away from the main area/ door during the winter months is a must. The whole place was cold. Good service. Layout isn't fantastic for those trying to make purchase. The long line to order during lunch time impedes the ability to walk from one side to the other.

I agree with a reviewer statement below, “cold stare “ as if what are you doing here. Coffee and breakfast sandwich I ordered were just ok, I was happy for them as a business but won’t go back again, I wanted to eat in but the vibe was off and left.

Chai was a little bland, truffles were delicious and very worth it for only $1 each. You can sit in the cafe and see the Hudson River from right across the street.

Service here was pretty underwhelming and they gave me a cold stare when I said hello. They made minimal eye contact and I felt like they wanted me out of their hair ASAP.

Coffee was ordinary and nothing you couldn't get at a convenience or fast food place.

The Tina bagel was really really messy and felt like something you'd throw together at home if you had a few random ingredients in the fridge and didn't want to go grocery shopping. It was OK, but the taste didn't really work out in the finished product.

I quickly finished my meal and got out of there. Maybe if you're a local, you'll be more welcomed there.

We purchased one mocha cappuccino and one special/seasonal latte and they were mediocre. The place was pretty busy and there was only one barista working and one person making food. The whole experience was probably around 10mins from the time I walked in the door.

I wouldnt mind the higher prices on food and coffee if you got what you paid for. But the portion sizes and quality are not worth the cost.

Great pumpkin strudel and the cappuccino has a delightful smokey flavor with a hint of robusto and Italian roasting. Atmosphere is to die for!

Nice atmosphere but a bit overrated. I got a cookie and the pumpkin king hot chocolate with whipped cream. The cookie was barely warmed up. The hot chocolate was 60% whipped cream not worth the money

I love the space and the bright light. Coming here for a quick morning bite and coffee is always a highlight. If you need to do some work away from home this is the place. Their breakfast bagels are fantastic, melted cheese and perfect eggs ✨️
