I waited 15 minutes today for my drink. I saw that they were busy I tipped them at the register and then I went and use the bathroom and stood and watched everybody that came in after me leave. My matcha was sitting in the machine and I had to ask somebody to please take it out and pour it over ice because the barista started talking to somebody else and helping them even though they came in 10 minutes after I did. The lid was not put on correctly so it's spilt on the floor and it didn't have the correct amount of classic syrup that I had asked for. I placed the order at 4:02 and got it at 4:17.

I had never been to a Starbucks before, and honestly I was pretty impressed. It was $5 for an iced chai latte, which was a bit pricy, but honestly not as bad as I was expecting. My friend got a caramel machiato, and both of our drinks were good. The place wasn't too busy and was pretty clean. Good atmosphere.

Crossgates Mall location is always very busy and understaffed. I ordered a cortado today, which is my favorite drink, and was very excited. It was a huge dissappointment. It wasn't strong enough to call a cortado, tastes like just regular coffee with too much milk in it.

They got my order wrong 😔 had to throw it And some Starbuck stores are offering reserve beans for extra cost. I tried asking about it. Working @ Starbuck they are confused about reserve beans. Also staff lacks communication they barely show interest
People were very rude, i ordered a drink , received it and they wouldn’t even let me use the rest room even though they were still opened for 15 minutes. Very rude wouldnt recommend this place horrible management, someone needs to replace the person asap. Manager kid has no idea what shes doing at all!!!!

Never have I posted a review ever, but this Starbucks was definitely quite an experience! Got my sister and myself caramel crunch frappes and never have I seen a barista put so much effort and made it look so perfectly delicious!! The crew in this store are such a fun bunch and I love it! And huge shout out to Ivan for his incredible patience with us customers andd making our frappes pretty!! Definitely would visit again! <3
