I've NEVER in my life experienced worst customer service than I just have at this Starbucks.
I went inside to pick up my matcha green tea latte mobile order.
I noticed it was split all down the side of the cup and that was just not acceptable.
Who would want to put a cup of split latte in their car?
I simply said "This needs to be fixed".
I guess its my fault for not going into detail what my expectations were.

I had a nice Hoilday Lattee coffee It was good
The service was good
Coffee tasted burnt to me but my wife loved the new cinnamon iced coffee decaf she tried... The cashier wrote "CHUMP" on my brother's cup which I found disrespectful and unprofessional. Maybe that's the type of workforce they sustain here? Not sure but I know I won't be back here anytime soon.
