I ordered a flat white and my warning sign should’ve been that the person in front of me questioned what on earth they had just been served. The closest my flat white came to being a flat white was the words I used when I ordered it. This had more milk than a latte and didn’t get taste of coffee at all. Unfortunately, I didn’t know this until I had left Starbucks and I did not want to lose my soul by spending any longer in the queue than I already had.. This Starbucks is in a bookshop which is why it gets such a good rating for its atmosphere, it is just unfortunate that it is a coffee shop that does not know how to make coffee.

Super friend staff and speedy service. But as a creature of habit, I get the same thing on a daily basis or even multiple times a day. If I get my coffe at my usual time around 7am it’s great but if I go later in the day after about 12pm, for some reason at this location without fail each time the coffee tastes almost burnt.

First of all, I placed a mobile order early in the morning and when I arrived to the store there were no other customers inside and only one car in the drive thru. My drink was not prepared until 10 minutes after ordering, again this was not during a busy period. Also from now on, I need Starbucks and all store managers to be aware of this. Your drinks are TOO high, for me to receive a drink that isn't filled to the rim of the cup. Which is what happened during this visit. Drinks are also TOO expensive for my drink to be made wrong. But it's my fault I could save a ton of money and make the drinks myself at home, duh!

Ive been coming here most mornings for the last 3 years, with the exception of today I've never had any issues. I order, they hand me my food and coffee. Easy and quickly. One worker (mark) chose to berate me for making the mistake of holding my hand out for what I thought was my sandwich, like every other day I've been here. He was very rude in his interaction. The rest of the staff have never so much as implied offense. I've managed retail locations 25 years. You don't treat customers in that manner. I'll make sure to avoid interactions with him in the future.
I don't go to Starbucks very much, but definitely do not regret our visit here. And our dog, Anya, absolutely loved and appreciated the pup cup. The staff here are awesome!

This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I just wanted to state how wonderful the staff is. They are always sweet to my two toddlers, myself, and even our dog when we go through the drive thru with him. I have not had an incorrect item here in the three years I’ve been going there and it is always clean and organized. I know mistakes can happen, but apparently not here!
Vegetarian options: Like all Starbucks, they have vegetarian items and alternative milks for vegans.
Kid-friendliness: My children love coming here. They sometimes run around and I try to keep them somewhat controlled, but the staff here are lovely and always have a kind word to say to my toddlers!

They've missed my food modifications in the past, I ask for them so I can comfortably eat what I'm ordering. Otherwise, not asking my name leads to confusion between employees if I order more than one thing. Overall, I wish it was a smoother process to order my breakfast.
