Garbage service. Ordered 4 drinks and they hand out the 3 expensive ones and the other cheaper one (a 4 dollar coffee)is forgotten about totally. Then you have to go try get their attention looking like a tool or que up again. Bad mannered staff.

This place is the bottom feeders of all Starbucks. I ordered thru mobile app and waited 20 mins for my items. I watched one family come in & order their food and got their items within mins before the rest of us who ordered ahead of time. Am I missing something here? When I questioned ur employee she said oh we just try to push the walk ins out faster so the rest of us don’t matter? This place I would give a zero if I could. Rude employees and couldn’t care less what I had to say. Don’t worry I already contacted corporate and made a report against ur store. I would be ashamed of myself if I acted the way ur employees act towards someone who orders 5 times per week. Do not go to this Starbucks. They do not care about their customers and have zero respect for anyone. I rarely give reviews but this store definitely warrants the one.

Parking: It is in a plaza so there are plenty of parking spots

Ordered an oatmilk latte because I have a severe dairy allergy (not lactose intolerance, but an allergy). It was a mocha with extra espresso so i couldnt rlly tell the milk type with all the other flavors going on. About 20mins after drinking it though, I sure felt it. And I'll be feeling it for the next three to four days. I get mistakes happen, but when it comes to allergies, your team really ought to be more careful. I'm not going to be able to eat real food now probably all week.

Bethy is the BEST employee ever. she is so nice & funny & made me really happy on a bad day. she also made me a really good drink!
The one time I bought Starbucks this year I forgot to scan my app to get the rewards including get credit for a birthday reward, I explained that to customer service who were frankly very rude about it so I decided to go in store and see if they could help me out, if not no worries. I was greeted with friendly atmosphere and reassurance that I would get my birthday reward after showing my ID, I had a rough morning and it really turned things round and made me so happy. While I left several workers also shouted happy birthday to me as well which was very kind of them. I've always had a great experience at this Starbucks, a few years ago I used to work here and many people complain about the wait time but being there first hand I know how stressful and busy this store in particular can be on a employee and I know how much something as small as this can be to take out of your busy schedule running bar at this store in particular so it means a lot to me. For this store, always ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Thank you specifically Flor as well

Pig stye where you will not be greeted with a hello, employees continuously frown as they ignore you and you'll wait 15 minutes for your drink all while the manager is on his phone at the end of the counter.

Nothing against the people or service at this location but their new machine could not produce a single cup of hot freshly brewed coffee. Apparently they don’t do the regular brew here they use one of those single cup coffee makers you see at gas stations. I’m kind of shocked thousands allowed to pass at a full Starbucks location.
