I basically paid for a cup of ice.
Stopped in for a quick coffee and snack with my mom. Haven’t been to this location in a while and it looks like they changed it a little bit. Looks very good clean we were greeted as we walked in the door and the service was excellent. The person working even offered to put our drinks in real glasses and our food on plates and she brought it over to us and everything was lovely.

Place has really come far in the last few months. Not with a change of employees either. The people here have become more skilled and able to handle a heavy rush. Admirable work ethic.

So I walk in and walk up to the register and was greeted pleasantly by an employee, quickly takes my order (grande iced coffee black for Dennis ).There’s several people waiting for their orders, I’m waiting patiently for my order when the barista calls out a cup of ice for Denise. I wait a couple minutes thinking maybe that’s for someone else but no, moving on to other orders. So I politely walk up and ask about the cup of ice and it was like I’m speaking a foreign language. Obviously the order was keyed wrong then another worker accosted me and acted like I was in the wrong , angrily and sloppily pours my coffee and angrily slides the coffee across the counter (if I hadn’t had great hands it would have been on the floor. The customer service and competence at this location was the worst I’ve ever seen.

First time I thought it was a fluke that my drink was watered down. I explained nicely to the barista and asked if she could remake it. Surprisingly was given attitude but it was remade. So today I had the same inconsistency with the drink being watered down. Instead of making a stink of it I decided to go down the road to the Price Chopper SB to grab another one and surprise surprise the drink was consistent as every other SB in the Cap Region. Not sure if it's a training thing or they are being told to water the drink down, but for almost $7 a drink we should have consistency.
