I have to give a huge shout out to one of the most personable, polite, and kind young man named Davone…he is a treasure and a true asset and I can’t compliment him enough!!! He is the best !

I have honestly never been to a worse starbucks or any other dinning location in general. I have genuinely never has a good experience here since I can remember it opening. They are horrible at updating the app to reflect what they have in stock and after you pay for your drink wait until you realize everyone but you has gotten a drink they tell you they dont have it in stock and not only that no one knows how to get you a refund, I got so frustrated today I just walked away but when traveling with my family I dont think I have ever actually gotten a full order from this location. Its also not clean. Once when theh were out of the drink i ordered I asked for a water cup instead only to find some sort of gnat floating in it. Thank god this airport has another coffee location across the hall because this one is better gone than wasting peoples time and money.

A complete apathetic customer interaction. Robots would be much better. The cashier was utterly uninterested in helping while the barista looked like she wanted to go home and sleep. Latte was terrible and felt guilty even buying the drink.

went there at 6:30pm to get a medium refresher and the dark black women was so rude and nasty she kept saying to the other employees that it was 5 mins to close even though there was 30 mins (being loud so customers could hear) yelled at people for walking where she already mopped and telling the other employees to say no to steamed milk or fraps because they already cleaned them that’s not acceptable and she should be fired you can tell her already hates her job it would be a better place without her and her nasty attitude

The young man with the tattoos at the register was so kind! He gave me my entire order for free because he felt like being nice! This is not the first time I’ve had this experience either. While the girls making my food and drinks were a bit unprofessional (cursing, talking on the phone, slamming down orders) they still made it in a timely fashion and the drink was very good!

Avoid if you can complete lack of care in drink preparation. Staff clearly does not want to be there. They should be defranchised.
Love how it takes 20 minutes to make my drink and how it costs more to order a sandwich in the store than it does in the app, absolutely lovely.

It is very convenient to have it here, but the prices are outrageous compared with other Starbucks. Yes, you have to expect to pay more at an airport as you are held hostage, but this was beyond what was reasonable. Two medium coffees, a bagel, and two pepper egg bites $24. The coffees were just regular brewed coffee not even anything fancy. Prices don’t startle me often, but this did.
