Starbucks, please train your employees on some basic customer service. Train your managers to know what that is and keep employees on track. Iāll start this by saying I donāt think itās the employees fault.
Firstly, look up and acknowledge the human who has walked up to the register. At the very least, basic people skills. Maybe even greet them.
Secondly, teach employees how to make the food and drinks. Why am I needing to write this? Oatmeal was not filled with enough water to cover the oats, so the top was left dry?? Oatmeal was served with a fork. Pay attention to your job people. Ordering a sandwich, they made it wrong. Teach your employees to slow down and take the time to actually read the ticket. It would SAVE them time and resources. To correct it they made another sandwich, but it took them a LONG time. When youāve already screwed up, try to make up for it, not cause extra inconvenience and put it at the back of a long cue, and/or forget about it. Geez.
I donāt blame the employees, but I do blame the manager, and whatever system is in place to train employees. I think the employees were kind, but just have never learned about customer service, or how and why to pay attention

This place is beyond ridiculous. The Albany international airport stop to get a grande latte and two vanilla bean scones came out to $20. I don't know when or how people are going to wake up to what's going on in this country That's sad. For the most part taking advantage of people because they know people are going to pay high prices I told her she could take the coffee and stick it where the sun doesn't shine. What a disgrace when you can go to a regular Starbucks and get a latte for $7 and they have the nerve to charge somebody $15 for a coffee and then add two scones on it comes out to $20 this world is a disgrace

Two days in a row I placed a mobile order and theyāre standing around when I walk up with no customers in sight they havenāt completed the order. I had to leave without my coffee this morning because I didnāt have time to wait. IE why people place mobile orders. $11 wasted coffee

This āStarbucksā is a joke! It legit is the worst location Iāve ever been to.
No customer service. No cleanliness. āBaristasā have almost no knowledge on key ingredients in drinks or the different options available for them. Employees donāt even act civilized among themselves or customerās. Just throw this location away!
