My order was completely wrong and I’m starving at work DoorDash can’t refund my money for 3-5 businesses days so I’m screw and have to finish my day at work without food because I spent my last $20 on this I’m so pissed off even the receipt says the right food but the actual food is wrong plus I’m allergic to onions and that’s what I got on my sandwich like I’m so freaking mad and hangry rn it’s not even funny make the food, review the food, and put it in the right bag what if I just ate it without looking I would’ve been on my way to the hospital I’m not paying for what ever food you want to give me I’m pay for the FOOD I ORDER WHAT I PLACE AND WHAT I PUT IN THERE IS WHAT I WANT UGH THIS WHY YOU SHOULDNT GET FOOD FROM THERE!!!!!!!!!

I am so upset!!! I understand it's hard getting workers on the weekend because ..but I have tried so many times on a Saturday to get subs around 3:30 in the afternoon..sign says open but NOONE is there! I came on a Tuesday same time!! Saw the man in the backroom, me and another lady trying to get subs. Sign says open!!! Man wouldn't answer the door! Please get new owners or JUST CLOSE DOWN!!!!

Was about to order, employee didn't smile and seemed to have an attitude/annoyed while I decided what I wanted.The employee made grumbling noises and did not handle the food with care so I change my mind and walked out.I will pass this one ?

Parking: Although free to park in any spot, there is trash all over with some sticky s--t on the driveway ??

Placed an online order through Subway's app. When I showed up, they told me they weren't making anymore orders, despite the order being placed over an hour before their listed closing, and that I would need to contact corporate for a refund because they cannot do it in store. A waste of time.

Went here on 05/03/23 at 7:20pm and found out the door was locked. I tried pulling on it twice and the employee behind the counter looked over but didn't do anything. Looked on the door and saw that the time stated 8:00pm. As soon as we got back into the car and started pulling away, he came over to unlock the door. We decided to go to a different subway anyway.

Not sure why they lock their doors everyday at 2pm just because they don’t feel like working. They should’ve kept this location closed.

I am a stickler for nice good customer service. This Subway location went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. We needed 3 Sandwich platters by noon and I was ordering at 10am. He not only took my order over the phone in the most friendly manner (even with the short notice) They usually ask for 24 hour notice to make sure they have enough bread for the day but he was not mad or upset or made me feel bad about ordering on such short notice. He simply said no problem, took my order and even gave us more toppings for our staff to choose to add more options to the sandwiches. In todays world I fee customer service is tough to find. It was not the case here. Unbelievably nice. And when we picked up the order, the sandwiches were not only ready on time but looked amazing and he bagged them up for easy handling. I can not say enough goo things about this establishment. If you are in the Albany area this Subway has to be YOUR Subway!!!! THANK YOU so much the staff here really enjoyed everything.

Messed up my sandwich (I ordered online) and did a poor job. The sub looked like a kid threw the toppings together and barely look at the whole order. I only had two or three correct toppings on my sub. The rest of the toppings came from the other sub that I ordered- south Chick-fil-A sauce, spinach, cucumbers and tomatoes. The toppings that were missed were onions, banana peppers, and no sauce, Parmesan cheese and Swiss cheese (I wanted to try something new). I was very disappointed that I got a sandwich that was totally different than what I asked for and a messy one on top of that. I’m lucky that the bread stayed together with the amount of sauce that was used.
