Received a gift card so decided to try this place. Ordered a tuna sub, and the young lady behind the counter scraped the bottom of the container instead of getting a new one, so the tuna spread was all dried up and hard to spread. Went to pay with my gift card and couldn't get the young lady to understand it was gift card not a Rewards card. Left without my sub which wasn't all that appetizing anyway

Exceptional service! Always serves my meals with a smile. I visit that subways multiple times a week and the service, food and cleanliness is consistent. The food area is always clean and organized no matter how busy it is. The veggies are always fresh. The bathroom is also well kept. There is also lots of parking in the rare of the store. Highly recommend!

Legit the people here are so cheapppp. I always ask for double meat, i actually watched her make it today put a single serving size of meat in. I tell her, hey i paid for double meat. She looks me in the eyes and trys to gaslight me and says that is double meat theres 2 servings in each pre made serving cup… any other subway ive ever been too will put a second little serving cup if you ask for double meat. Thats not only bad customer service. But thats THEFT. I paid for something extra which was not given to me. Honestly i would have argued with her there but whats the point. They continue this same behavior. The owner needs to immediately take action. However he is the one who instructs them to be cheap. Ive had the owner himself short me on protein sizes before when he works here. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT BUY FOOD HERE. We should not be supporting this kind of establishment thats dishonest.

I ordered a steak on Italian herb and cheese. I’m not sure if it was the meat or the mayo but something tasted absolutely rotten. I threw the whole thing out. I called them to just inform them, I asked for no refund because I ordered it through door dash. The call was purely to inform them that something was expired and was told no everything is fine without any checking and hung up on me. Don’t eat here. Bad food, bad service.

Absolutely worst subway I’ve ever been to. The workers are very rude. My sandwich didn’t have much meat at all and they did not offer to remake it. I drove all the way home then opened the sub and was shocked how there were like five pieces of little chicken in it. I had to drive back to the store leaving with no sub!
Mind you, the least they can do is be polite as I’m pregnant and was looking forward to my dinner. I was having a great day until speaking with the associates. I would have respected and appreciated good customer service.
The associates were beyond rude. I recommend just going to the subway near Carmen road in Guilderland. The associates are very nice there. I ended up going to Mr Sub after this.
I also called to confirm the associate would refund me and I told him very nicely have a nice day, he hung up and said nothing! Very rude.

As i walk-in yesterday evening there is a young lady run up to me like real quick and said we do not accept coupons subway coupon why ?? On her phone chatting with someone else , I would never ever go back there or recommend this place to any of my healthcare workers Go to the subway on Central Avenue they’re very professional and welcoming and friendly Highly recommended ?

Lady who took my order I asked about coupons and she completely changed her demeanor towards me and gave me a snarky attitude towards the rest of the ordering process after I said it was OK that they didn’t take coupon and cut me off when I was speaking. She also was on the phone in her AirPod while I was taking my order. Food was OK but the absolute disrespect was not never will be back there.
