Manager there on Pearl Street on the corner road for her to be a manager she’s rude and she make the sandwich wrong. I’m a for my employee and we was always training what you have whatever sandwich it is. It’s supposed to go through the toaster and she didn’t do that in my mix whether a cold sandwich or not

The manager Alison was very rude after she messed up my order. I called to let her know that I am missing a item from my delivery order and she starts yelling at me and cussing at me telling me that she is willing to fight if I come down to the store.. im 7 months pregnant and I called for a missing item and got a very rude and disrespectful response... I hope she understands that just because her day is shitty doesn't mean she has to be disrespectful to people. .. I mean she is in the customer service business...

I was at this restaurant on July 4th 2025 during the Pure Worship convention of Jehovah’s Witness’s at the nearby MVP arena at noon this day. I do not know her name she was a middle aged woman with brown hair up in a pony, who is the fastest restaurant server and food prep person I have ever witnessed. She made sandwiches at the speed of light all by herself was attentive and polite patient and kind. She did not get flustered whatsoever even though the line was endless. This woman deserves a raise for what she did all by herself on a national holiday and a convention that breaks for lunch. I am very appreciative of her and it was a privilege to observe her in action this day.—Thank You

The store opens at 8 am so I decided to go to the nearest spot for a soda. I waited 5 minutes without any service and then when I got service, the worker today me they weren’t open and was very rude. She told me to wait or leave until she counts the money… but shouldn’t that be done before you open ??? 😭
I asked for Artisan Italian and was given Italian herbs and cheese for both sandwiches I ordered, even when I asked for different bread twice. The lady behind the counter told me they were the same thing both times and did not change it before making my subs.

The ham on the run was good, but while I was eating, the worker saw someone roaming the streets and gave them a leftover sandwich. Legit random act of kindness, she saw someone in the street cold. Keep this store and team .

Food was tastey, although flatbread was overly crunchy. Had an online order snafu, which was compounded by some employees not being as customer service orientated as would be appropriated. I'm not sure we would necessarily order from this branch for the office again.
