The ham on the run was good, but while I was eating, the worker saw someone roaming the streets and gave them a leftover sandwich. Legit random act of kindness, she saw someone in the street cold. Keep this store and team .

Food was tastey, although flatbread was overly crunchy. Had an online order snafu, which was compounded by some employees not being as customer service orientated as would be appropriated. I'm not sure we would necessarily order from this branch for the office again.

Well this is quite possibly the saddest looking subway I've ever received from a pick up order. I asked for pickles, extra lettuce, extra olives, and aioli. I got barely any lettuce, no pickles, very few olives, and zero aioli. I had to go back inside and ask for the things missing which they put into a bag for me and I added them to the sandwich when I got back to the car. Sadly didn't realize that it was missing sauce until I'd already gone in once, and I wasn't going in again. Also no napkins in the bag, luckily we had some in the car. My boyfriend said his sub was fine, a little soggy but otherwise the instructions for his were followed. Took a bite of the churros and promptly put it back in the bag to throw away. The cinnamon sugar is almost completely missing, it tastes like oil. Sadly not worth eating. I'd be very hesitant to get another pick up order from this location. This seems like very much a location you have to watch them make it and tell them what you want more of. Overall, disappointing.

Allison and Laura had to churn out 30 different subs and drinks for a group of high school students participating in an event at the MVP Arena, with no advanced notice. They were AMAZING! So efficient and pleasant. A rare experience.
