Stopped here after a long drive from Fair Haven to Weatherford —big mistake.The food was stale the service was rude and the place was dirty.Should have kept driving

This Subway does not accept coupon, which is fine. Why don't they post a sign up before you get into place? It didn't have a attitude when you won't pay for it because they don't accept coupons. Stop Wasting my time in your time by putting up a sign at the door that we don't accept coupons

I made a mistake on the app. I have been calling this store to cancel my order since it was still processing the order. I’ve now been calling for 30 minutes. No one will answer, and this subway is 30 minutes away from me. So it’s not like I’m able to go and speak with someone. I need a refund or help and no one is answering to do any of that. Drove the 30 minutes after I kept calling for well over an hour, almost couldn’t get in which is why I tried to cancel right away. Showed all my proof was still told I could be lying. Called them while I was standing there, and told him how can you say I’m lying when I’m calling right now and it’s on silent. The man begrudgingly admitted that’s true. He promised he would refund me tomorrow. If he’s not lying I’ll change my rating to 3 stars for being honest. This was overwhelming, and I did not appreciate all the hoops.

I have used this Subway before without any issue. However when I went to order the new footlong Oreo I was very unpleasantly surprised to find that the Oreo footlong WAS NOT a footlong. It was maybe 7 inches or so, and clearly did not cover the entire footlong tray as shown in the picture. I’m a little upset not getting the entirety of what I paid for, especially after how excited I was to try the new product. I am thoroughly disappointed in both the Oreo footlong itself and the establishment for serving this.

The only reason i still get food here is because its the only thing open late at night. Don’t even bother ordering through their app. They always always have some issue with my order and then blame it on me. Today they got mad at me for not knowing that they don’t have whole wheat bread and for not manually writing in whether I want my bacon toasted. Not a fan. By the way, after all the condescending comments about my order, they also didn’t give me the chips I ordered. They were closing up 20 mins before closing time so the chips weren’t even out.

Sandwiches and customer service is great but very unsanitary. No one changed their gloves after making each sandwich. Cashed out and still didn’t change/removed gloves. The same gloves they handled money with is the same gloves they made a sandwich with.

2 consecutive online orders canceled. No reason given. They don't publish a phone number. I think they are permanently closed.

I'm in hospital (Albany Medical Center, so this message is to inform the readers that this "rating" service has no semblance of accuracy. I have two stars simply because I use them and enjoy their food but TIMES ...but havn't visited recentlyOnce again...this a HIGHLY INACCURATE Survey.

Service was always poor but would grab it once it a while for something different. Last time I went they got both subs I ordered through the app wrong. They than refused my coupon Subway had sent out for April.Your better off eating at the AMC cafe. Same price but much better quality food and options.

Ordered online for the first time... exceeded expectations. Great job.

Worst branch, employees are bad. The manager is so rude and irresponsible as his employees
