This is the best sushi restaurant in the area. I have had sushi in Vancouver BC and this sushi is as fresh and top quality . It is fresh, generous portions and staff is over the top accommodating. I eat here 2x a week. They value family and look out for their customers. Also it is wonderfully priced! Love you all!

One of the best restaurants for sushi in this area! Not only is the quality great, but they also slice their fish perfectly, so it melts in your mouth. The exterior is unassuming and inside decor/ambience isn't anything to write home about but it's clean has a great layout. I would consider this place very affordable, especially for the quality that you're getting! Definitely go!

By far my favorite place for sushi and sashimi! The fish is fresh and high quality, and staff is incredibly friendly and courteous. I've taken many friends and colleagues here as well and they all have nothing but wonderful things to say.

Downgrading my rating of Sushi Tei due to an apparent decline in quality. Our recent delivery order included several sushi rolls that had bad quality avocado - black spots. This is not something that would pass muster here in the past.
