The food was great, the place is nice, music, bar, TVs, but the service is really poor, they messed up my order, and it took forever to get service. It isn't really at the fault of the waiters/waitresses but they really need to sort this out. Probably won't come here again.

Swifty’s Restaurant & Pub, with its three upstate New York locations, promises a warm and welcoming atmosphere- my experience at their Albany spot was pretty cool - always great to have Friendly staff!Mozzarella Sticks: These were the real stars of the meal—crispy, gooey, and downright awesome. ?Kids’ Menu: Swifty’s nailed it here. The little ones were happy campers with their tasty options. ????Unfortunately, the shepherd’s pie leaned a bit too far into the sweet territory for my liking. ?Would I return? Maybe, but mainly for some cold brews rather than the food. ?

We go to Swifty's for happy hour, occasionally, and are always happy with the food, the cocktails and the wine pour. But I need to single out one employee, who goes by "V.". V is the most friendly, efficient, and competent server, and she is a credit to this establishment. If I owned a restaurant, I would try stealing her from Swifty's. Thanks, V, for making sure we had a good time!
Went for lunch around noon. Loved the gluten free options and how it was not too cold in February. It makes the place very comfortable. GF chicken tenders made to order were great.

Unfortunately, we went with 10 people and when they were busy, understaffed, and the food quality was not checked. It was also for my cousins Birthday and my best friends birthday and they unfortunately they ordered a medium burger 1 came out well and the other came out raw and she almost commuted after taking a bite. Our server couldn't keep up with drinks so we went to the bar to get them. No manager to talk to. Just a rough rough experience.
