I’ve noticed a recurring issue at this location, particularly during late-night visits, where orders are frequently incorrect, requiring customers to return for fixes.
On my recent visit, I ordered a #6 with a soft taco (no tomatoes) and paid extra to substitute chicken. Instead, I received two hard, cold chalupas and a hard-shell taco. When I asked for a correction, the staff was reluctant to assist, and even after the fix, my soft taco still came with beef instead of the chicken I was charged for.
Additionally, I ordered two Beef Burrito Supremes but instead received two burritos with cheese, rice, red flakes, beef, and a white mystery sauce—nothing I’ve ever seen on the menu and certainly not what I ordered. On top of that, the tortillas were dry and crusty, likely reheated after sitting in the hot case. I did not eat them, they were very nasty. Given that a Beef Burrito Supreme costs about $6.50 each, I essentially paid $13 for two lower-quality burritos worth half that price. This feels like a scam, especially after working a 16-hour shift.
As someone with experience as a former Taco Bell shift lead and assistant manager, I recognize the challenges of staffing and training. I even applied for the GM position here because I see the potential for improvement. This location on Wolf Road has the opportunity to be great, but right now, it falls short of the high standards expected in this area. I hope the necessary steps are taken to improve food quality, order accuracy, and customer service.

The drive thru cashier was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering him just being there. Wish I got his name.

This taco bell needs to be shut down immediately. A girl tried to rob me for $10.00 after my order was $7.?? And I had to tell her um excuse me I gave you a $20.00..my food was very un presentable and when I called the owner to complain about the service he had an attitude with me as if I do his hiring and have unprofessional crooks running the place.you are dealing with people's food and their hard earned money.so if you don't respect them or their business don't work in food service flat out and that goes for the owner aswell. I encourage all people in the capital region to stand up for your right to be treated decent and with respect.

Still haven’t received a call from the manager. Avoid this place! Travel to Latham or out of town if you want Taco Bell.

It's Taco Bell, what's not to love?...except for the employees barely acknowledging you and messing up your order. This place is going downhill.

The only good thing I can say is the food was hot. We had to order through the tablets which didn't have the full menu. I couldn't order the food I wanted. There was no one at the register or even checking the register. There were two orders in front of us. We waited for about fifteen minutes for our order. The floor was broken behind the chairs at our table, so the chairlegs kept getting caught in the hole. There was hardly any meat in the tacos. Bad service, took way too long for fast food, had bad quality, the restaurant was not clean at all. Wouldn't recommend Taco Bell at all.

Placed a mobile order and waited for over 15 minutes in drive thru line, the front door was locked and workers were outside talking to friends. items were missing from order and the worker at the window refused to give us the missing items. Taco bell corporate refuses to give me a refund and instead is trying to give me $10 off my next order. i only ordered 2 tacos 2 burritos 2 nacho fries and 2 drinks order was almost $50!! HORRIBLE SERVICE, OVERPRICED, RUDE STAFF.

AVOID THIS TACO BELL
I originally went to the drive-through. I ordered a crunchrap supreme, 3 doritos Loco tacos with no tomato, a beefy borito, and 2 large nacho fries. I waited 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me, and I got home to see I got 2 small nacho fries, 3 soft tacos, and a cheesy gordita crunch.
So I drove back to the tacobell and explained the situation, and the employees did not apologize or anything they just said we would have your food ready soon. So I took a seat and waited another 30 minutes, and the order was still missing the crunch wrap, and there was tomato on the dorito tacos. I had to wait another 10 minutes for the crunch wrap, and still, the employees did not even apologize for the wait or inconvenience.

Refused to serve me at 12:47am even though they should have been open until 1am. I was counting on them being open late since I just arrived at the airport!

This Taco Bell has the worst customer service. They do not pay attention to the queue of customers waiting. I bought two items and only two people were ahead of me. It took them 30 mins to make my order. Not only that but they finished the orders of two people that came after me.
When handing my food, there was no acknowledgement of the wait time, no apologies or anything. This told me that the staff do not care about customers at all. I've had a similar experience at least twice before at this same location. The employees work sluggishly and are inattentive. If I'm ever craving Taco Bell, I'm just going to drive to a further location. This is ridiculous.

I ordered off of Uber eats. The food was old. The chalupa shells were dried out and the Catalina taco was not fresh and barely had sauce and meat inside.
The chalupa was suppose to have potatoes they were so hard I could have broke a tooth. Very disappointing. Very unacceptable I literally had to have about 1 tablespoon of meat and that’s stretching it and being generous since I actually didn’t measure it but I prep food and I’m pretty sure it was tablespoon if that . Unreal.
