Where to even start. We stopped on the way home on a road trip. When we first got our food one taco was missing so we asked and they gave us a new one. All of the hard shell tacos were stale. The cheesy gordita crunch had the wrong outer shell and they used nacho cheese between the shells instead of shredded cheese. Also a cheesy gordita crunch has sauce and there was absolutely none. Also all three spicy potato tacos did not have lettuce like it should and it had the wrong sauce. This was the worst taco bell I have ever eaten and i don't expect much from a taco bell. Do not eat here.

Person taking the order not great with communication. I watched 3 workers sitting and talking, eating food behind the line, and texting as I was waiting 5 minutes at the window for my food. Wouldn’t have minded if my food was made properly but 3/4 of my items were prepared wrong. Very disappointed.

So i ordered a chcken quesadilla and nacho fries..omg..unreal...they must pre make all there food and set it in a warmer ...no way in hell were the nacho fries so hard they crunched like potato chips...and i notice something...if the product was old and stale..they make sure to give u a good amount..but if its fresh..they skim u big time..I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE...YES the mgmt seemed nice..but the food is a disgrace..the quesadilla is supposed to be hot when they give it to u. It was slightly warm but so hard and stale id rather starve...takeout food is not cheap...i absouletly understand i work with food..but i could never serve hard stale food...i just have 1 question...to those that make the food...are u going to eat this ?? Or are u goinh to make sure ur food is edible?..and these pics..they actually dont do justice at all...smh

Out of all the fast food around, taco bell is usually the fastest. Their prices aren't horrible like some of the other chains. I love that they have Brisk Dragon Paradise soft drink now.
Vegetarian options: Yes, you can substitute meats with Fiesta potatoes, potatoes, rice, black beans and sometimes other vegetables. Sometimes even avacado.
Parking: No problems. Lots of parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Clearly marked, also wider handicap parking.
Dietary restrictions: Let them know! They can accommodate you on most dishes or let you know what is in them. They are highly customizable in the app as well.
I only come because my son has autism and will eat taco bell everyday I have been to every location I waited because I went inside I think someone was late 2girls but my whole order was correct and hot plus there prices are less then central Latham and wolf road they did great being in food service myself short staffed still nailed it

You would think going through the drive-through you would actually be able to drive through fast but apparently that wasn't the case there were too many kids playing in there and I had to pull over just to get a burrito and two soft tacos and a drink... Because the kids were playing around too much in the back... Not a way a business should be ran

Seems to focus more on the KFC part than Taco Bell. Food is priced right, but comes out cold after waiting 10-15 minutes to prepare and they seem to not really care about service or food prep.

Absolutely embarrassing. I come for food & there are 3 cars in line and 8 in the parking lot. They refused our orders saying they were too busy and short staffed! For fast food? I mean come on. Then we had to sit there in a line and wait as they served everyone else before we can leave. Absolutely terrible service and just disappointing. I'm in disbelief at such poor business eticate and practice. Do Better!

If I could give a negative star, I would.Taco Bell is a fast food chain and we except to be able to pick up food quickly and get going. But that wasn’t the case at the Taco Bell on Delaware Avenue, Albany NY.We waited for 20 mins to just place our order in front of the drive through kiosk and when we finally did we had to pay the bill and wait for another 30 mins.We were told they would get the food to the car, but that again did not happen.We finally entered the store to find one of our order items wasn’t available. Like what ? Why wasn’t that told before?Food that was given at the end wasn’t great either. There wasn’t any cheese in thr Chipotle cheese melt order. Looks like they did something for the safe of it and just gave it to us.DO NOT come to this location.

This is usually the best pick in Albany if you want fast food. Both Taco Bell and KFC items are usually good. Especially if the guy with the radio voice is working. It might be a good team of workers when soothing podcast voice guy works, but this hits that fast food craving better than anything. 1 out of 4 times the Taco Bell items aren't too good though. I go out of my way here if I want fast food. It's better than the KFC and taco Bell's closer to me.Plus I don't know how $3-$5 dollars can feed a grown man the entire day. The only $1 menu that exists.
Dietary restrictions: Very good for people with dietary restrictions.
