Workers closed the lobby of the restaurant at 12:30 PM Saturday because they wanted to talk on their phones. As I left I watched them ignore other people in who similarly couldn’t enter who tried the drive. Crazy.

It blew my mind that I had to pull away from the drive thru because the worker taking my order was not competent enough to understand a cheesy Gordita crunch and a chicken chalupa. Each time I ordered my next item I was told “one minute please” and 3 minute wait before she asks “anything else”.. it took about 10 minutes until I was frustrated enough to pull away. There was a new cheesy Gordita crunch advertised on the board and the employee says “we have no idea what you’re talking about”. Unbelievable. Save your $20 and go to a local business instead.

At 2:15 today shop was locked Looks like it's been closed all day
The woman at the window was so polite. For some reason our order at the drive-up didn't make it to their computers but she handled it kindly and timely.

I went to this location was the only one there and ordered 5 tacos and 2 quesadillas and unsweetened ice tea. When I received my order the ice tea was sweet and I then asked for unsweetened tea the employee was rude and gave me at attitude said they don’t have unsweetened tea I then asked for my money back was told no this is unacceptable. The tacos and quesadilla has no meat in it. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to someone needs to do so firing and make sure these people actually care about their jobs.

Took my order and then kicked me out and said 'we're closing for 15 minutes' wouldnt even give me a refund. It was 1pm in the afternoon and i was on lunch break. Had to abandon my food.
