I was a manager at McDonald's for a long time, so I try to be very understanding of fast food places as I know the stress they go through. Well, this place was awful, no matter how I try to justify it, it was awful. I had a very simple order. A cheesy gordita crunch, and 2 doritos locos nacho cheese tacos. I get my order, asked for it to go but it was on a tray, and one of my tacos is missing, so I have to go back up. I go to eat my tacos, she made one of my doritos tacos as a cool ranch instead of a nacho cheese, whatever, I didn't really care. But then I notice my tacos are made with chicken instead of beef. Seriously? I never once said anything about chicken. 4 mistakes like that in one order? And they were not busy, I was the only person there when my order was initially made so it was a little ridiculous. The girl who was making the tacos needs a lot more training before she should be left by herself to make food. I was seriously disappointed.
