The guy working around 12:30 today (9/13) was amazing. He dealt with an annoying lady asking a million questions about the menu and was nice and friendly to her even with her being a Karen. Give that man a raise. Food was good too.

Tried to pay with cash and they said they had to upscale to even the amount because they didn't have the change to give me....and when the drawer opened up there was change, manager then explained it wasn't exact change because they had no pennies or nickels. How do you not have change to give people, seems like that's a problem especially for a major chain store. Food was poor, service was poor. Crunch wrap barely had meat and wasn't put together well....and my beef crunch wrap somehow had chicken in it, just no effort. Also there was no major line behind me so it wasn't insanely busy 🤷

July 4, 2025 Crossgates Mall Albany NY ordered a Mexican Pizza, got home and realized the 1 shell (bottom only) had dried old beans, some type of sauce on top, a dab of shredded cheese on a fourth of it, and a few diced tomatoes near the center of it. It was horrible tasting. After the third bite i ran to my kitchen sink and pushed it down the disposal. After it was disposed i thought i should have taken a photo of it first. ALSO that is the only place that accepts only exact change, if you give more than exact change they keep it, they are not allowed to hand money back to customers. Best option is pay by card so you are not overpaying. The people working there were very nice and friendly. I will go to other Taco Bell locations from now on.

Waited there for probably about 20 minutes and the employees walked out and walked past me to go to dunkin and take a sweet stroll, i still waited. By the time they got back, the one guy came to the counter and i thought finally i can order i’m starving, NOPE he said they are under staffed and are opening at 11:30, so what happens when nobody comes in still and they are open. i’m beyond disappointed i just wanted my number 10 combo but instead they treated me with disrespect while i waited too damn long and walked straight past me sitting at the counter and then made me wait another 15 minutes. disappointed.

Multiple dirty wet spots along the floor that looked to have been sitting there for ages. Most of the food was overcooked, and kiosks hard to navigate due to stickers and residue all over the screen blocking icons and selections made.
Today I had a bad experience at this restaurant because I ordered 3 large sodas and they sold me 3 lemonades and 2 sodas. I asked for 2 beefyfritos and they gave me 2 beef supreme burrito. I don't understand how the words are similar but they need to be more attentive and have a responsible adult who puts that establishment in order because what you see is that the employees do whatever they want and nobody does anything and to top it off when I went to pay they didn't have an ATH system and I asked myself why they want to charge me almost $30 for this, that part was strange to me, but oh well, all I have to say is be careful ⚠️ and BE ALERT
Just wanted to try their new Steak Garlic Nacho Fries ... all i did was ask to swap the steak with beef, not sure what this is :( very disappointed .. missing almost all of the ingredients and they look like they played catch with my food. this isn't my first bad experience, do not recommend this taco bell unless you want to be upset with your outcome.
The folks here are wonderful, they did what they could to help me with my order and the food was really good and fresh!
Fast food places like here are hard to work at, many orders coming in and out, many different people to interact with (good and bad), it can be draining. But! They still offer their services and the food is still great 🤗
Also also it's nice to still go to a place my friends and I grew up with 😁
I don’t think I have ever been to such a horrendous fast food establishment. They claim to only accept exact change if paying cash. If you can’t give exact they will keep it whatever is left over. Which is theft by the way. If you’re accepting cash all day long there is no excuse to not have change. This is also the food they hand over after their terrible service. Half a shell with some lettuce? Come on…

learn to have a good attitude with customers and stop standing there criticizing other people and making fun of their physical appearance. be more empathetic because you don't know what internal demons those people are dealing with.. to go out on the street to distract yourself, relax and have to deal with people like you..

soggy tacos soggy fries just save ur money
after reminding them that the order is vegetarian twice (verbally & on the online order) & then being given a beef chalupa seems intentional, alongside the food items not wrapped up at all and thrown in the bag. i don't think this location has ever gotten an order of mine right. just go to Wolf Road, they do their jobs there, and know how to read.

Could only take exact cash or card for what reason ? I ordered a cheez it box, soggy fries, good burrito, no cheez it in my Crunchwrap at all. Helper gave my soda to someone else.
