It's a very hands off place, you order at the kiosk and that's it ... there is no customer service they throw a bag at you onto the counter. For take out you have a separate door and window to wait at outside, you don't even enter the restaurant. Food quality and quantity is mediocre at best. The banging rock music is so loud the people working in the kitchen can't hear you if you are at the counter and needing assistance.

Got a nacho Bell grande with refried beans that were refried for 12 days. I could patch a hole with them no ground beef old food don’t go there for anything. I didn’t believe the ratings until today. Close this place down the taco supreme with the order had nothing on it but a small amount of sour cream and old hard nuggets of ground beef or maybe refried beans. No cheese. No tomatoes or anything else that’s supposed to be on it. Obviously management doesn’t work at this location. If they did they would respond to complaints and train staff better.

Don’t come here they don’t wanna serve customers or the driver the black lady so rude and she act like she got forced to work there rude to employees and the customer I saw 5 order on the shelves but she not even check she start yelling and say I’m alone while other 2 guy work there to try to gev hard time to driver and customer people don’t have hours to come and see rude lady yelling at everyone

Taco Bell never disappoints! The avocado salsa verde is so fresh and flavorful. The Cantina chicken taco and chicken chalupa are absolute must-tries—crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. Definitely coming back! 🌮💚

I've never had a good experience at this Taco Bell ever since they moved it. The old location wasn't the best but I had more positive experiences at that one than negative. We don't even go to this location anymore because it is consistently terrible. Wrong food or missing food, long waits, rude staff. Avoid this one at all cost.

I went through drive-thru in albanese Taco Bell Central avenue the new one got in and out but the food was cold the fries were cold and they never put the cheese sauce in the bag didn't check went home living Schenectady didn't have the time to run all the way back to Albany to get the sauce very disappointed

Made and Uber Eats order lady told me over the phone someone already picked up my order saying they steal all the time. And that customers call them to complain. Never ordering from here again.

Absolutely terrible I had placed my order on Uber eats and it was a whole hour before they were closed as I found out later on and yes I’m sure it’s not the best but they were stalling to wait it out until closing and in the end my order was cancelled so not only did they waste my time they also wasted the drivers time. Please find better people to work at this location because apparently most people also agree with that. Do better.

Manager pissed me off (black girl with blonde hair), being so messy and rude for no reason. Poor workers being yelled at for no reason. No wonder why this place is understaffed. Can’t even wait for a DoorDash order without being screamed at, her talking bout “if your impatient leave”. Even hollering at someone about a damn bathroom. Even yelled at a blind dasher beside me. He couldn’t see the pickup window and went inside the entrance and got told to gtfo the lobby. Justice for these workers, they prolly get paid minimum wage to deal with her cranky ahh 🤢
