I had the pork dumpling with noodles bowl / soup. I left this place full and satisfied. Yum!

As a Taiwanese foodie, here are my little thoughts. The noodles in the beef noodle soup were too soft and mushy, and the broth lacked depth of flavor. The beef itself was nicely cooked and tender. The popcorn chicken was crispy, but I wish the chicken had used more five-spice powder when marinating it. The spicy wontons were tasty. Overall, the food was good, but the noodles and broth could use a bit more work.

The best food in Albany, NY hands down. This place single handedly saved me during my rotation for GE Vernova here. The pork bao buns and pork soup dumplings are absolutely incredible. Arguably best I’ve had and I have grown up on dim sum. I would eat here every day if I could. 12/10

Authentic Taiwanese noodles in the capital region. Great signature noodle entrees; some rice-based entrees need improvement. Most of the appetizers are bright and palatable, though some need development.
Great online experience. Dumplings, wontons, and sesame chicken all delicious

Very small restaurant with a few tables, we were seated and waited on as soon as we walked in. I got a few different wontons and they were all great! As well as the pork belly buns. I would recommend you stop if you're in the area.

They make it really difficult to identify which dishes are vegetarian and which aren’t

Food is delicious, hearty, with good portions, anything they make is just so good. Atmosphere is quaint and cozy. Im not even exaggerating, I don't really write food reviews but for them I will. It's like a nice treat at the end of a long day. 10/10 recommend!

They have a small parking lot right next to the restaurant. It’s very convenient. The N21 Fish Fillet w. Curry in Pot is way better than I expected. N24 Eggplant w. Garlic Sauce is good too. The food is somewhat authentic. I’m surprised to find good quality Chinese food in this area.

Food is always perfect every time we go. The noodle soup dishes taste homemade with excellent broth. The dim sum choices are also well done with the roast pork bun being my favorite, also love the red bean bun for dessert. The (who i believe to be) the owners are always pleasant and straight to the point and the wait is never long for food. The boba teas are one of our favorites in the area

Ordered delivery, the sweet and sour chicken they make is the kind I grew up on! I've been craving it for months and couldn't find a proper spot, anywhere until Taiwan Noodle. I've also tried and loved their pork chops with lemongrass! Delivery is always more expensive though. Food is delicious!
everything was very tasty, pleasant calm atmosphere, the hall is clean, the waiters greet and take care of the guests. the portions are large. only they serve in melamine dishes, it can be used only for cold dishes, when found over 70 degrees Celsius, the dishes emit chemicals. otherwise everything is very wonderful. thank you for the hospitality. by the way, they have a separate parking for guests, it is very convenient.
