Fantastically fresh and wholesome tasting bread. I've tried a variety of offerings and have never been disappointed.

The flavor is subtle and not overpowering. Whether sweet or savory, the flavor opens and develops as you enjoy the food. Said another way, the flavor is complex and refined.

Amazing! Andreas, the owner, lives and breathes quality baked goods! Too bad his ping pong game is weaker than my dad’s game. The sourdough is to die for. 11/11 the same number of points that my dad gets whenever he plays Andreas in ping pong.

Owner clearly has a disdain for customers and his staff as they are routinely short-handed. This leaves workers stressed and customers waiting for a very long time for their order. Employees have indicated their tips are withheld and the owner hasn't paid the electric bill in months. Plus, false advertising. Didn't see a butler anywhere.

Update: I'm not sure the owner wants screenshots from his chats with the employees that he gave raises to just a couple of weeks ago, or those he kept failing to provide tips to for months, posted to the review. I might be mistaken.

The owner is very, very irresponsible with how he manages the business; specifically the workers. Withholding tips is generally not a good practice. I would not recommend it due to ownership.

I live in France but when I come home for a visit, I go to the only place where I can find delicious bread and croissants. The Bread Butler! AAA+

The baguettes don’t make it home. Brownies are delish. Sourdough is my fav.

The owner not only steals tips and wages from his workers, he sacrifices sanitary practices for profit

The owner is an exceptionally poor manager, consistently overworking and underpaying his staff. He has repeatedly withheld tips from his employees for periods ranging from three to six months. Additionally, he has placed employees in hazardous situations due to his negligence.

The store's hygiene standards are neglected, and products are transported in unsafe and unsanitary conditions. The owner has openly stated that employees who are making sales are not worth having in the store, showing a willingness to compromise on quality and sanitary practices to increase profits.

I would personally not recommend this place at any point, there are better bakeries within a 10 minute drive that treat employees and their business with respect and pedigree. Unless, of course, you would prefer to waste money.
