I placed a large take out order with lots of customizations and special instructions. Given the complexity I assumed at least one thing would be messed up, however, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they got everything right. I was quite impressed. 👏

If you know,you know ...Cheesecake Factory is one of those places that has a 6 page menu. It's large, lovely decor, and brightly lit (in a good way.) All of the food is good, none of it is amazing.
Here, it's all about the desert. And the bread. Both of which are very good.

Really loved the vegan impossible burger with vegan cheese and vegan burger sauce (Apologies for the less than stellar photo). I also recommend the Thai Lettuce Wraps w Avocado!!

Went here for my birthday and lowkey ruined the day. We were given warm water and old bread. Food gave me a stomach ache and the margarita i got for my 21st bday did not taste good. Then the waitor tried to charge me for the cheesecake on my birthday. Probably never coming back.

My first visit to this restaurant. I ordered the vegan salad and it was delicious. I was full after eating it. My daughter ordered pasta and cheesecake, then ordered food to go. She didn't say whether she liked it or not (typical) but she did eat it all.

Online order ready on time. Everything ordered was receive. That's all for good. For the price its sad. Ordered a fish and a med-burger. 50$.ok. Can't go wrong? Fish no flavor. Tartar weird. Fries "ok". The burger? Charred rare?! Not med! So black i though they "very well done" it. Took small piece off, pink asap. Blood less than 1/8 inch in. Fully rare! I had to cook 4-5 more mins on low, only to realize it also has NO flavor and is tough! If it wasn't for the condiments......idk. I truly believe this place is over rated. 2 simple dishes. How can I trust in more elaborate dishes? I'm sure the restaurant is nice, the tables are a bit close and I don't know about the staff but this pick up order was not an experience make me want to taste the food again.

Our waiter was excellent! Very friendly & made sure we had all we wanted. Our appetizers were good, along with the bread, but our entrées had very minimal flavor! I had the chicken parm "pizza style" & the pasta looked as if it had no sauce. My husband had the spicy jambalaya. I'm a whimp with spice, but he had me try it since he said it was bland. He really wasn't wrong. I took home a slice of cheesecake which looks great tho!

Ordered Spicy Shrimp Pasta expecting good size shrimp, was disappointed to receive tiny, stringy shrimp. Pasta was good, as was the sauce, but for the price, shrimp should have been bigger and cooked better.

I have had very interesting experiences at the cheesecake factory. Most times are pleasant, but the last few times I've gone has been sincerely concerning. After notifying the wait staff I have a seafood food allergy I still somehow accidentally ate a peice of calamari which resulted in a trip to the ER.....the management team was good but but wanted to make sure it was in fact seafood...which makes sense but when the management team even says "oh this does smell fishy" that means you are aware it was fishy and anaphylaxis it's not something to take lightly after the customer informs them that's what's happening....after awhile after receiving a 50$ were sorry card I went and decided screw what else could happen a cup (glass) explodes in my hand causing very minor injury to me but the child that was with my party was overly traumatized by watching that.....other then these two issues cheesecake factory did a wonderful job on preparing my food with no cross contamination the second time after and were very hospitable...I still plan on going back because I do enjoy their food
