Had to request straws for our drinks, my burger was not to my specifications. My aunt's sandwich was over cooked and dry. Our original server left prior to our food coming out, stating he was going home yet never left. Which was fine because he was rude.

On 4/8/24 I arrived at the Colonie NY location and greeted the hostess and was not greeted back. Me: “Hello” Hostess: “How many?” I thought that was rude and I mentioned to the hostess you should greet me back you are rude. Anyway, I asked to speak to a manager and told him about my experience. The manager explained that the hostess was a new employee and she is still in training. I asked him if she had any customer service experience before she was hired and the manager looked dumbfounded! To top it off, the manager was very dismissive and did not apologize on the hostess behalf but did say he would talk to her. In the past I was always greeted initially when I arrived I am so disappointed that the expectations for politeness/customer service is so low nowadays. I understand that jobs are hectic at times but it doesn’t hurt to be courteous. I will be taking a break from this establishment. I’m pretty sure I’m not the first and won’t be the last to complain about their employees AND management. Besides that the food was good. Smh

Very much enjoyed Sunday brunch. Drinks were delicious, especially the Espresso Martini. SO. MANY. FOOD. OPTIONS. ? I hadn't been to a CF in a long time & the menu does not disappoint. Melo T. gave the best service. she was kind and fun and made the entire experience wonderful.

My husband and I went here for lunch and everything was so good . The dishes are perfect sizes. Warm bread and good drinks. Great food and CHEESECAKE ( fresh banana cream cheesecake, topped w/ Bavarian cream, sliced bananas, bestttttt)

It's extremely expensive. $70 before tip for two for lunch. Does not include drinks since we each only had tap water. Wasn't worth the money.

We went on a Sunday evening and had to wait about 10-15min before being seated. The host was courteous and friendly.Once seated, we were served by McKayla and her service was impeccable as she was smiling the whole time and seem genuinely inclined to provide a positive experience for the diners.We had the following:Flatbread pizza (kids menu) was decent.A pasta dish (I don't recall the name) was fairly portioned and flavored nicely but missing a bit of green. (Had maybe 3-4 slices of snow peas only).I had the Diane steak/ scampi and was relatively disappointed because the plate was big but portion was relatively small and plainly arranged. The steak consisted of 4 bite sized beef along with mashed potatoes in the center and 3 scampis on the other side but at least it tasted great.

I went to cheesecake factory first in Boston it was terrible so I Received a gift card. So I tried cheesecake factory again this time. It was at a different location in Massachusetts.In that place was also terrible. So yeah, again. I tried it the other day in colony. Center in New York to it was also terrible. I used to go to cheesecake factory all the time. And I feel like it's going down hill except for the cheesecake and service
