It's good for big groups because they have so many large picnic style tables but I would eat somewhere else first. It's cute and cozy inside in the winter and the patio is great for the summer but it's in the name - it's a beer hall. Come for beer, not cocktails, and not the best meal ever.

We have brunch at the city beer hall, pretty much every week. I am famous for having the same meal every time. The steak and eggs. The steak is always cooked perfectly medium rare. The eggs are sunny side up and delicious. Home fries and a side salad round out the perfect breakfast. My partner also always orders the same meal. Fried chicken with macaroni and cheese. When we go for dinner If you are a French onion soup fan I have a huge suggestion. The French onion soup is what I call a "destination dish " It is a delicious change from the norm. The service is always fast and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable. We have been customers here since the first week and will continue to be. The bar area, the dining room with its communal tables, the patio in the summer time. This has been our go to place for the past 13 years. Keep up the great work, the food, the hospitality, the overall experience is what a beer hall should be.

Pretty good overall. Did not have as many options as I would have liked but what I ended up getting was pretty good and they accommodated a large group of us. Had music bingo available to play and several of our group was able to win prizes.Wheelchair accessibility: Would possibly need to use another entrance if possible. Main entrance is up small flight of stairs as the building is an old office building of sorts turned into restaurant.

I ordered the juice bomb IPA. Fortunately Monday nights was half off burger night and so glad I splurged with the one I got as it was delicious. The ambiance was really cool and was within walking distance from the renaissance hotel.

There is a limited menu, but the food is really good. Dont recommend going with a large group of people, the place is not made for it, very small. Only entrance is stairs. The waitress was very helpful.
Friends and I were there for the Beyonce Brunch on Sunday, 3/10 and it was a wonderful experience in every way! Great food, fantastic service, great drinks, great ambience. Looking forward to going to brunch there more often!!!
Waitress never put our food order in. Drinks took forever to get and then 2 drinks were missing. Had a show to go to so just had apps and left. She clearly wasn't trained correctly.

The mussels were incredible! We highly recommend it! Get extra grilled bread for the sauce. Beers and drinks delicious too! And our server, Katrina, was the best! Finally, prices were very reasonable. Definitely on our come back to list!
