The biscuit and gravy was "ok"... Tasty enough, not southern gravy, which because it's NY I guess it's forgivable?I gave a 3 for the atmospherebecause they had "Fox" news on, otherwise it would have been more...A suggestion for businesses... If you have more than 1 TV in your customers area, give people a choice . Fox on one and another news network on another.

This place never disappoints use. Food is always good and hot and plentiful.
We visited the Gateway Diner in the late afternoon for an early dinner. We were greeted and seated immediately by a pleasant host. The waitress, Emma S, greeted us and took our drink order. Emma was very patient while we made our choose for dinner. The food was arrived very quickly. All the food was fresh with a nice presentation. We were very pleased with the service and the quality of the food. I recommend The Gateway Diner for all of the above reasons ( good quality food and service).
